I would give ZERO stars if I could, my co-worker and I walked in for a coffee and my co-worker approached the counter first and Marie said "what do you want?!" My co-worker kindly asked her to be nice and she said "I'm fine, I just want to get everyone out of here, what do you want?!" She messed up her order and gave her a bag full of donuts to make up for it. She took my order and greeted me with the same "what do you want?!" I gave her my order and Ariana came around to take my payment and proceeded to yell and swear at Marie about an order that was not paid for and she yelled at her about how to make my coffee. Joe(think that's his name,white hair white go tee, oh and his side job is being a Clown) the manager is absolutely the WORST!.

He does not listen to the customer, he makes w.e food he wants and how ever he wants not what the customer requests, Attitude is atrocious, very unpleasant to be around or speak too.

I am a local to Reading MA and drive out of my way to go to any other dunks but this location specifically because my day is ruined once encountering there manager Joe.

If it wasn't for one specific employee, her name is Keisha, this establishment would be a complete joke she is very friendly and nice and goes above and beyond for you, most of the other staff is completely incompetent, RUDE, make orders rong, or just don't care about there job.
