The Northeast Taproom is basically a Reading landmark at this point. Before craft beer smorgasbords became all the rage with hipsters and hippies, this place was the only spot to try hundreds of beers. Please note, this is a beer bar... you aren't getting craft cocktails or shots here. This is also a staple of the local music scene. So many local bands have played here over the years (and you can still see posters, magnets, and other swag displayed).
