Been going here for years. Today showed how to end a customer relationship. Went to drive thru, had a new girl working it. She almost forgot half my food but this was corrected. Unfortunately when I got home I realized they forgot to give me my soda. Oops. No big deal. I'll just call them and get it next time or a discount for the amount. Guy.puts me on hold to go get the manager, after almost 10 minutes I hung up and called back. Manager answers and apologizes, they're busy. Understandable. I tell him the problem, he asks if I'm coming back. I tell him, no just give me the drink or the money off next time. He says they don't do "credits". Either they mail me something or I come back. For a $3 soda. Really. Either I waste $5 a gallon gas or they waste time and money mailing me a coupon that they could easily take care of on my next visit. Lol! Incredible way to treat loyal customers for their mistake. You took my money then make me jump through hoops to get what I paid for. Oh well, it's only $3 but the negative experience will stick with me. It will be a while before I return.if at all. There's always...
Read moreGood grief. 40 dollars for dinner for my family and I gotta be honest here... I have serious reservations about coming back. My wrap was made with ICE COLD chicken, had no cheese, and barely any ranch. The garden salad was awful as well. Shredded ice burg lettuce with 5 little pieces of diced tomato, no cucumbers, and very very little cheese.. Didnt realize you needed to order a side of cheese for something that comes with cheese.. Unfortunately I went through the drive on my lunch break and didn't have time to go back once I got home and saw everything. Hubby and kiddo were okay with their coneys at the very least. I wish it would allow me to add pictures.. Promise this isnt a karen moment.
**Edit to add- The manager reached out to me via email and asked that I give him a call. I did and we spoke for a while. He took my address and said he was sending out some gift cards. It's months after the fact and I never received them. I even reached back out to touch base.. Not a word back. I stand by my statement that I won't be...
Read moreI have been a skyline eater for most of my life. Lately Skyline has changed from the way i have known it to be. Lets start with the chile itself. The last 9 times i have eaten at different skylines to see if my theory was right and it wasnt just one location. There is less ground meat in the chile it self. If you order a 3 way, 4 way there seems to be more Spagettie and less chile. I have noticed this trend over the last couple of years. 3 weeks ago i went to Skyline and carried out. There were no crackers that came in the order and smaller cheese packages. I called back asked about the crackers. I was told they dont send crackers out anymore unless you ask for them. Any where you by chile crackers aways comes with the order. I know this sounds petty but it seems a trend for skyline is trying cost saving measures at the expense of the customers. I have pretty much as my friends have now been going back to price hill , and US chile. It saddens me that a Cincinnati Icon...
