Worst customer service ever. On Monday, my wife placed an online order(for curbside), which I picked up. When I got home, she asked me for the cookies she ordered and the Pretzel Sidekick. Up until that time, I did not realize that we did not get the whole order( items were on receipt). I called the store and after being transferred to several employee, I got the manager(I guess). I mentioned the situation. After going back and forth with him for several minutes, he asked if I could come pick up the food then, which I could not. I said I would be the today(Wednesday). He said he would leave a note and I could come in then. So anyway....I show up today and the manager on shift said their policy does not allow them to hand out food after two days....he said I should have come back right away...which I told him I could not. After arguing with him for several minutes(he was becoming nasty), I told him he'll get a bad review....He actually said "I'm sure it won't be the first time." SUBWAY really needs to step up their game on customer service and even manners....some of the worst franchises in the fast...
Read moreA co-worker and myself decided to go here for lunch. It was warmer inside the building than it was outside. It's 91 degrees out today. No hello from the staff, no welcome. Nothing. We noticed a sign on the glass \ sneeze guard that stated they were out of Turkey, Spinach, Green Peppers, Onion and and honey mustard. We changed our orders. Got through the line quickly, and cashed out. I ordered water, and my co-worker wanted a soda \ pop. The C02 dispensers weren't working and the cashier with the purple hair knew it, but still sold him a drink. We didn't find out until he tried to pour a drink. I notified her, and that's when she told us the problem. So why sell us a soda and not warn us a head of time? She offered him a pop \ soda from the cooler case. Which he went and picked out. We did not have a good experience at this Subway and probably will not be back for a long time. Your loss...
Read moreDrove here after a tiring 13 hour shift because I wasn't going to make it to my side of town Subway. I come in this location 25 minutes before closing. The worker is coughing everywhere. She had no mask on and she coughed so badly on the fountain machine and everything else. I caught her coughing on my food while preparing it. I told her I no longer wanted the food because she was coughing everywhere and on my food. I told her she should have stayed home today. I'm a nurse and that coughing seems like a symptom of covid. I can't believe the manager allowed her to work. This location isn't following proper protocol and she's potentially passing illness around. No one wants their food coughed on and I'm not paying for a meal someone has coughed on. She needs...
