My niece and I took the comprehensive cake decorating course in January and it was amazing. Lisa is an incredible instructor, very thorough and patient. My niece is only 10 which required a little extra attention, which Lisa graciously offered. I was blown away by how many different things we learned, and successfully decorated a very cool birthday using my new skill set. I was most impressed by how much the entire class improved in just 4 classes. We signed up for this class in hopes of learning enough to make a wedding cake for my sister.
