I stopped here while traveling. I walked in the door and the cashier, who turned out to be the manager, was arguing with a customer. She was unhappy with the quality of her food, stating it was cold. He offered to remake it for her. She agreed. He had the kitchen start that and helped the next person in line. She ordered and the replacement food came out. The woman opened the food at the counter and once again it was not fresh. She asked for her money back. He ignored her at first to ring in my order. I told him to go ahead and help the woman first, i wasn't in a hurry. He went to talk to her and began arguing again, telling her she was just trying to scam them for free food and refused to give her a refund. She said she only wanted to value of the one meal returned and was happy to pay for what was eaten by the rest of her family. He once again refused. This continued back and forth, the customer finally asked for a corporate number, he refused that as well. He then came to ring in my order, leaving another team member to deal with the woman. I placed my order and politely suggested that i didn't feel a refund was out of line for the one meal for the lady. Being a retail manager myself, the scene and bad feelings caused by this, was worth the price of the refund. I wa waited for my food and the scene continued. The woman finally got a corporate number and i finally got my food. I turned to leave and the bottom of my bag ripped out and my food fell on the ground. It took several minutes to get someone to help me again. By now I've been here for over 30 minutes. I asked if they could just replace the items that were open and touched the floor. I would keep the wrapped sandwich. Now at this the manager at first says no. NO! Really. He did. I literally had only made it 2 steps toward the door when the bottom ripped out of the bag. How is that my fault i ask? Anyway i did get my items replaced. Nuggets and cheese sticks. And guess what? My food was old and horrible too. I would never set foot in that restaurant again. I would rather drive another 100 miles for a different restaurant. All the way around what a horrible experience. Check out the photo of my cheese stick. Notice that its...
Read moreHi- I went to Burger King last night And was in the lobby and during this time I noticed that there were three employees working. I noticed at 10 o’clock right before I was done eating and getting ready to leave that one of the employees left. This left only two employees to run Burger King from 10 to 11 PM by themselves. During this time I did notice that they were extremely busy through drive-thru and still attending to customers in the lobby. What I witness was something so extraordinary they kept their heads up high with a smile still helping everybody. I witnessed these two ladies Working all by themselves and I mean taking orders in drive-thru cooking all the food and getting the customers out as soon as they can through drive-thru. I’m not sure how the manager schedule their employees but this is not the first time I’ve seen them shortstaffed in the evening and still working as hard as they could to get everybody out of the drive-thru line and also helping customers in the lobby. I truly believe that if Burger King did not have these two extraordinary women working that they would be lost these women definitely deserve a raise a pat on the back and a much needed vacation. Management needs to step it up and do what they need to do to make it right for these ladies and anybody else that works in the evenings and closes. I just want to personally thank Crystal and Angela for always making my experiences great when I go there even if they’re under stress they still serve us with a smile thank you so much for being amazing workers for Burger King I just hope that they can show their appreciation to you and appreciate you as much as I do and I’m sure a lot of other people...
