Starbucks — Restaurant in Red Bluff

Was very disappointed in the barista in this picture after I ordered my mango dragon fruit drink and ice water I sat down when it was time to pick up my order this is what I saw I made a funny face didn't know what it was and the barista told me it was my drink just minus the die it was the same thing...I said where's the fruit got a dirty look that's why I pay $5 for lemonade for the fruit the freeze dried fruit that I like to chew on it was the wrong color and minus the fruit and still 4.95 and she was upset with me that I wouldn't just accept it..Rolled her eyes made a face..Asked for and got the manager thank you manager for being a grown up no one told me we were out of dye and fruit it's the only thing I get at Starbucks now.. one item on the list!!! when I lost all my stars that I spent all the money on last November for my birthday and didn't get my $20 cup that I worked so hard to earn and found out that stars fell off.. the hard way I gave up on Starbucks last November I just gave them a second chance because we're staying right next to them in the Motel 6 which is Awesome!!!l very disappointed$$!! they made it up by giving me the strawberry acai thank...

Good music....most staff very customer oriented.. Nobody in the place another guy making one large order in frnt of me.. Dude.. Its just whipped cream on top of black coffee. You are capable right.. Or are ya just lazy... Short lazy guy with a buzz cut.... You are not entitled... I think after 35 years in serving people I can say.. You could do better.. Im editing because this seems to be a problem at this location.. Pony up Dude and do your JOB.. So I go back the next day cause it was next to hotel.. Lousy service... Chics dont even wait for you to finish speaking ..got most of my very simple bagel w\cc and butter and coffee w\wc and water no ice... Chic walked away from me as i was trying to finish order... They should have to read these reviews.. They have no clue.. Ive 35 years in fine customer service and thats not whats happening here.. So today I spike with their manager... I completely understand why things at this store are the way they are.. Cares about her click of employees and nor at all about customers.... Must be a rough neighborhood... Does not represent Srarbucks...

I ordered a black tea lemonade with raspberry and it tasted like what I would describe as BATHROOM CLEANER!!!! This has happened before and I was told the raspberry doesn’t taste the same at all the stores but I haven’t had this issue anywhere else. Why would you sell something that tastes like BATHROOM CLEANER? But that’s not what made me mad. The reason I’m writing this is because when I took it to the counter the worker was very rude gave me the usual excuse and instead of helping me and giving me a refund as she looked like the manager she said I would have to wait in line. I just waited in the drive threw line and now you’re going to make me wait in a huge line to get a refund?! You have another register...use it! No apology or anything just rude customer service and a drink that tasted NASTY!!!!!! Make the drive down the street and go to Dutch it’s worth it...they are at least nice! And yes I’m writing this as I’m waiting in line...
