We stopped here on our way home from camping. Appreciate it's convenient location, right off the freeway and next to a Starbucks and a Froyo place. This is not your typical Mexican restaurant. They make the burritos and tacos right in front of you, adding what you like. The toppings include black or refried beans, Mexican rice, shredded lettuce, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, cilantro, lime, avocado, and a flavorful pico de gallo. Wow, I'm impressed! We ordered to go based on the good reviews. The food didn't disappoint. We ordered two tacos and a quesadilla with all the fixings (except for the spicy stuff). The tacos were like a mini burrito! And the quesadilla was a generous size too. The price point for the items was quite affordable. The quesadilla of that portion could easily be charged for $15+ in Orange county and that taco could be $7+ 😅 (I hope they don't raise the price after reading this review). LOVE LOVE LOVE the Red Bluff location! We actually live much closer to a different location, but, we gladly go out of the way to get our Bandito fix in Red Bluff. The food is just better at this location, period. And the atmosphere is just .. something better. Not to say that I ever had poor service at any of the other locations I’ve dined at, it’s always been pleasant.
