Yes they get 5 stars however"!!! My experience was this. The food was hot, order was perfect but this was how we ended up at the resturant... I am a customer of Door Dash and this is what happened. Sunday, October 29th, I placed a breakfast order with Whataburger thru Door Dash. The total of the food was $26.00. I have a dash pass that I pay $9.99 a month for, so I get delivery free at most restaurants. However, there was a $5.99 delivery fee for ordering with Whatabuger. Plus Door Dash charged me tax not only for the food but also for the delivery fee. The grand total was over $39!
Seriously, Are you kidding me $39 for breakfas! And then Door Dash expect me to tip $7.00, of which, Door Dash gets it. ! They only give the driver $5 for the order, Door Dash gets the rest.
OMG, This is bogus, SO $39.00 plus the tip --$46.00 for breakfast at Whataburger! 😳
I called the manager at Whataburger to ask why, and she said yes, Door Dash gets the delivery fee, etc., the reaturant gets paid only for the food. I can't believe it. This is such a ripoff! Door Dash thinks nothing of screwing over customers as well as, the drivers. They should be ashamed, but then I guess money has no consciou!

Read moreI've consistently had bad experiences at this location in Red Oak for the past 2 years. I only go back when my husband is with me because he is impatient & it's the closest one to our home. When I go by myself I drive 20 minutes out of my way to the one in Waxahaxhie because the drive is worth the peace of mind that what I order will be in the bag, condiments included, & friendly staff. Usually, the problem here is something is ALWAYS missing, usually something small that we don't notice til we get home & who has time to go back and make a bother about it? It almost seems that is by design. Also, condiments are routinely left out completely, despite the fact they ask you point blank what you need. Tonight however, the little girl in the drive through had an awful attitude, start to finish. I noted it but let it go at first. Before driving off, we check the bag for our order & all seems ok until we drive off & noticed the salad dressing is missing as well as the ketchup, so we pull back around. We already waited around 20 minutes with NO ONE ahead of us. Thankfully we got the attention of another employee who quickly sent the girl from before with the items she left out. Read moreThe night shift crew will ignore people waiting in line ready to take orders then one of the workers came from the trash area after smoking lord knows what? and just watched the people waiting in line and laughed as he was going in after smoking in the trash area. So we pulled up to the window to order then the worker said the intercom wasn’t working so we told him if we could order there at the window and he said he had to speak to his manager about it. Then after 10 minutes the I guess who was the manager came to the window and said he could take our order after putting the cash register back in and rang up our order. The meal was sloppily put together as if they were mad they had to work. I wouldn’t recommend coming here it’s obvious they weren’t trying to work and just trying to milk the clock so they can get their check. Whoever is the main manager that hires should really consider hiring a new crew for nights. I work nights myself so this is the only place to come to grab something to eat that’s close by. If they don’t like their job they shouldn’t work there and get another job instead of milking the clock and trying to get free money. Really considering going in the day time to complain.
