I would like to start by sharing that the food that I had was tasty. However, the customer service is lacking and as a new restaurant that should be priority. We waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food. The worst part was that my husband and my daughter never received their food. My husband was “hangry” and asked for the check as we had waited enough. The waiter gave us the check and charged us for the food that we had never received. When we advised him that we never received the food, he was completely unaware of our situation. Me and my 3 girlfriends came here, they just opened 3 months ago and walking in youre immediately greeted by a very fun and colorful atmosphere. We sat in the booth and our server I believe is the owner as she explained how she created the dish that we ordered and the food is authentic and genuine made by the Ecuadorian chef.
