Burrito Bandito — Restaurant in Redding

I always LOVE burrito bandito! Everything is fresh! And it taste way better than Chipotle, by far. They offer black beans, which are my favorite. And fresh Pico degio! I am a vegetarian and I'm very conscious of what I put into my body. I will never again eat at Chipotle, as I've watched cross contamination in so many unsettling forms there. At burrito bandito , I can watch everything they do through the glass and they aren't displeased by that or when I tell them "a little more of that, a little more, a lot of that one" they are friendly and kind. The young man who waited on us was less than enthusiastic. The other 2 male employees where having a conversation about a TicToc video someone made about getting not good service at The Hartnell location and how of course it was Hartnell because those employees are the worst. NOT A CONVERSATION for customers to hear. That made the atmosphere and service questionable in my opinion. We also had to wait an extraordinary long time for our quesadilla. Not the best experience. I took my family to this restaurant and I was hopeful because of the reviews. This is absolutely gross. It is gross. We ordered burritos and a taco. I would absolutely never recommend this restaurant to anyone I know who comes into town that is looking for Mexican food.
