I can see why this Starbucks is rated so highly - super friendly people and delicious coffee. Even though I never stop at Starbucks, this was a damn good cup of joe.
I do have one gripe and it's nothing to do with the Starbucks or any of the employees, but the woman ahead of me who thought that ordering a drink requires asking about every single thing on the menu or not any longer on the menu and asked stupid time-consuming questions for about 3 minutes.
Have a little self-awareness To keep the line moving I cannot stand people who do this.
How can you be an adult and have such lack of awareness about others - It's like people who stand in the middle of an aisle - you should know this when you're five years old.
Don't be like this person who asks about every question on the menu and thinks ordering a drink is social hour, especially when a line is forming behind you - it is rude and selfish.
If you want to have social hour, grab your drink first and get the hell out of the way!
If you're in a coffee line - especially on a hundred degree day - you should have the urgency of Pete Rose sliding into second base when the game is on the line, Not like some spectator passed out in the stands.
It's the Larry David laws that we all must follow.
Reminds me of the ice cream sample abuser from that one episode of Curbs...
Read moreMy partner and I spend thousands of dollars a year at this location on personal and business drinks/food/snacks. Today she has ordered her usual drink that we have been getting here for years and when she asked to have her drink filled to the rim with oat milk, they did not. When she asked to have an issue corrected they told her she would have been charged 3$ extra and gave her attitude that was simply not worth an issue over minor mistake. Sadly while sitting on a patio and having breakfast we witnessed a drive through male employee give attitude to customers, I.e. when someone asked for a latte, the male made a very annoyed remark to the customer "what KIND OF LATTE, I mean just tell me what KIND you want" This is a shocking difference from our usual experience...
Read moreArrived 45 minutes before opening on the holiday cup day. 5 minites before opening, we watched the barista's come up to the cup stand and start taking ALL the limited edition cups off-the-shelf. Once they opened the baristas played it off like nothing. One barista pretended to look in a box to see if they had any. They were called out by customers and stated they were able to reserve any and all cups if they wanted. Extremely poor customer service for starbucks to release limited edition cups only to be sold directly to store employees before opening and not to...
