Visited Golden Fang for the first time today but was anxiously waiting for the someone to open after the last place closed. Joshua, the owner and head chef, greeted us graciously and invited us to "let him know if anything on the menu interested us". While we thought on lunch we had the chance to be a "fly on the wall" we listened to Josh speak with other patrons. He spoke excitedly about the new restaurant and the menu that they were "making for us". This phrasing stood out to us because, well, we believed him, he was making this for us, both literally and figuratively. The menu is crafted with care and the food is prepared fresh daily. We had the double smash burger and the "Top Gun". The burger was killer... The patties were perfectly cooked, the well executed char was nice with the pickles and sauce. The top gun brisket was also, very, very good. The meat was smoked perfectly and well seasoned, the creamy horseradish complimented the meat well. We look forward to future options and will surely be back.
*Edit: Forgot to mention the chips... They, again, along with all the other food, are made daily and too, are killer. We liked the chips so much that we got some to go. ...
