Absolutely horrible. Went there at about 3:30 PM Labor Day 2018 on my way to work. Was actually surprised they were open on the Holiday. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker a lady asked me as if she already had an attitude "Can I help you"? I said yes, but give me a second I'm looking at the menu. She immediately replied back "Sir. What do you want"? Again I told her that I'm looking at the menu because I had just pulled up. There were no cars even behind me at the time. She then snapped, "Well let me know when you ready" and mumbled. I told her never mind and I didn't want anything because she didn't have to be so rude and there were no other customers there. Her response. "Whatever. Have a nice day". So as I'm driving around to leave a younger girl is at the drive through window and waves me down. She apologizes and tells me to go ahead and take my time with the menu and she had no problem waiting. I could tell by the voice that this wasn't the one taking my order. I told here that I didn't want to deal with the other person's nasty attitude and was going to contact their customer service. She tells me. "I know she sounded like it but the didn't have an attitude" That was BS because as soon as she said that a lady, whom I assume was the manager because she was carrying a cash register towards the back, walks past the window and gives me a nasty look and rolls her eyes. At that point I knew it was her because she was wearing the headset and had no reason to look at a customer like that. She was a stocky, darker lady with glasses. Only reason I didn't write this sooner is because I told the girl at the window, who finally took my order and was very polite , that I wouldn't contact their customer service. Kinda ridiculous to get treated that way when about 25% of our plant eats there every day. The only reason I gave one star is because the place is clean and the girl at the window...
Read moreThe location on telegraph in Redford Arby's I was Horrible, service was HORRIBLE food was OLD, dried out just horrible and the lady daytime management needs to be FIRED... immediately** In order for an establishment that is franchised to be ran in such a disgrace it says a lot about Management on down the chain of command. I paid for items I did not receive and then was told by an angry nasty disgruntled manager I had seven days to come and pick my items up or I wouldn't get a refund or the food that I paid for. Never mind that an incompetent worker did not place all my items in my order bag, I still was being talked to as if I was the one that was in the wrong. A few days later I went back to retrieve the items through the drive-thru which I place the item the first time and was told I had to get out my car and walk in and get the food although I was trying to beat the 7-Day expiration period of my money and my food and I was just getting off work and tired. After I got upset and told management to screw her I was told that is just policy.. That was...Bull$#%!$ lie about policy... I called corporate and I explained the situation and I also explain I wanted a refund and I would never return there or recommend that Arby's to anyone that I know or anyone that asked me about that...
Read moreArbys is my absolute favorite fast food restaurant because it doesn't leave me feeling as though I've gulfed down artificial artery clogging food. However, my experience at the location in Redford on Telegraph made the fpod not evem worth it. I drive up with my two tired and hungry young children, there's 4 cars in line. Ok, no big deal, right? Wrong. Each car, including myself, had to wait a MINIMUM of 5 minutes at the speaker box just to ORDER because the lady immediately said "I'll be with you in a moment". 5-10 min goes by for each car (for us it was 7min exactly), we order and drive around to see 2 cars pulled up still waiting for their food. We pay, then pull up behind them then sit their and wait for 14 minutes before they bring our food out to the car. Then my kids food was wrong. No apology or anything. Never returning to that location again. Very disappointed in this Arbys, it's a shame it's the most convenient location for me since arbys has always been my favorite, but I refuse to wait 40 minutes for fast food at arbys ever again. Perhaps this location needs some extra training or something to help their time...
