Ordered 2 Kabob Scewers, 1Beef 1Lamb. I get home and open the box and there's some chunks of meat sitting in it along with some grilled tomato and pepper. Problem is you can't tell which pieces are beef or which ones are lamb. Mind you my kebabs are not on a skewer, no stick. Top it off I waited in the store for close to 25 minutes to get these. Now I have to go get something else to eat for my wife.
I just called back and talked to the owner. Very rude once you tell him that you're not happy about something. They don't put their kabobs on skewers they just throw a bunch of chunks of meat in the box and leave it for you to figure out which ones which when you order one beef and one lamb. For being in business for 2 months he thinks because it's full right now that he could treat people rudely but wait for a few more months when people get tired of that and get tired of waiting 20 to 30 minutes to get their food.
In regards to your response. You are the only middle eastern restaurant I've ever been to anywhere that does not serve kabobs on wooden skewers. Ridiculous reason. My response to your attitude has to do with the interaction that I had with you not what other customers have...

It's a little family owned and operated shop which I love. Husband does the cooking and wife runs the front and they knock it out.
Food always fresh made to order and has great flavor and good portions. Something I notice everytime I order out from here, always others waiting AND the customers are from the native area of the food. When someone from the country goes to a resturant of the same .... THAT SAYS ALOT.
Place is always clean and great smells whenever I stop in. Sometimes the wait time is a little off but you can tell it's because they busy which I can't get mad at that just happens and I would rather have my food fresh and made well rather than wham bam thank you mam style take out.
Always a favorite for...
