Firecreek Grill — Restaurant in Redmond

I had the pleasure of dining at Firecreek Grill restaurant the other evening and am blown away by the fantastic team of people who run the establishment. My experience started with waiter blake who explained that he’s usually a bartender but had been serving customers to cover for the team. He was oh so charming and had a very pleasant welcoming personality that made me feel right at home. He gave me an in depth run through of the drink menu and suggested something so delicious and pink! That’s my favorite color! Finally it was time to order an appetizer, for me and my family Blake said the fried pickles were his favorite and due to his fabulous prior recommendation I gladly ordered them! They were tantalizing and upon telling Blake how delicious they were he invited chef Cameron out to explain the dish and he was fantastic. Very professional as well. Nothing redeemable about this place. Lunch takes an hour and half with nobody there, they will get your order wrong (twice), and never return to your table. This places caters to golfers coming off the course. The fact that they don't bring you water or have water available to go and get yourself is nothing short of a crime. The burgers are bland, don't come with any chips, fries or sides, and cost $15. That's meat and bun, and they don't tell you it comes without sides. Went there recently to listen to music in the tent area. Had some appetizers. It's hard to image being able to make them any cheaper or unappetizing. Just a big waste of money. I've been going to Willows for years. In the past they had a decent menu. They have changed it up and it is really poor. Appetizers should entice the guest to try something from the main menu.
