Ordered the seafood pad thai, portions were tiny, and bill was pricey. Took a few bites and realized the scallops had gone bad. Not a slight ammonia taste, but a rancid flavor and smell that I could taste and smell thru the strong spices. How the chef who prepares raw fish for a living didn't catch it is beyond me. I pointed it out to the waiter quietly as I did not want to spook any other sit down customers. The chef and waiter bickered for a minute, before the chef came to take a smell of my unedible dish. He then offered me four dollars off my 27 or so dollar plate of rancid pad thai. I told him I took 2 bites and was worried about getting sick, as is the case with rancid shell fish. He countered at a seven dollar discount, I declined and payed full price with my promise to him I would never return after dining there once a month for a year or so.
