Online ordering is a scam, I paid 18$ for our food and on top of that paid 1.50$ service fee and 0.28 cents for taxes (19.78$ PAID) When we went to pick up the order he took our receipt and said we still owed money and that my card didnā€™t have enough funds(he lied) so the total was more that 20$. How does that make any senseā€¦ on the receipt he gave us after paying that dollar it shows that they jumped up the price . It was just a dollar he was asking for but thatā€™s shady business. Online prices are not true so FYI Good is great though šŸ˜‘šŸ‘šŸ¼

Okay, place cute concept with the name I though they would have a variety of Mexican ice cream to my surprise they sold thrifty ice cream..we tried their hot cheeto elote was dry not what we expected at all due to their high reviews ..Also had their raspados and mangoneadas the mangoneadas are made of shaved ice it's not made with mango ice cream ...the location nice and clean staff was friendly

I went in today just to try to go buy two Paleta heladas and I wasnā€™t aware of where the line begin and how it started. I waited in line for 7 minutes without anyone asking me if I had been attended or not. They do not know how to take orders at all. Before I had left two other customers left due to the line and they not even acknowledging them. The parking is terrible in this place also. They take an order and then they go off and leave the customer hanging. This is just terrible customer service overall. They can say that they are busy but in Fresno la MichoacĆ”n is far more busier than them And their quality of ice cream speaks for itself. I would much rather drive to Fresno to la MichoacĆ”n than just a two minute drive to a place that lacks customer service and all they can say to their customers on goggle is sorry. The ice cream here is not worth the wait at all itā€™s a 1.5 out of 5...

Establishment was clean and service was good didnā€™t take to long for my order to be done. I ordered 3 raspados 2 of which were Diablitos sadly there was no real flavor to them might be the syrup they use felt off brand. The ice was too big and chunky no it was not pleasant to eat. I also ordered pineapple loko snack the fruit was still very green and not very sweet felt disappointed especially for the price. Also, didnā€™t enjoy that the menu had no prices anywhere in the shop only online but prices didnā€™t match so might be a service charge. So if I do go again I probably try...

Food art dessert shop that is really tasty. These people hand create your order from ice cream cones to crepes to fruit art displays. We showed up on a Saturday evening and there was a wait but that was because this place is pretty popular and they artistically make everyone's order. Every order that was filled for people in front of us was beautiful. We ordered two fruit drinks that were amazing. We didn't know why it was so hard to drink with the straw until we got to the end. It was loaded with fresh cut fruits. We got spoons and enjoyed the rest...
