Super Burger Drive-In — Restaurant in Reedley

Plain / cheap signage. Dated look inside, but nobody cares because they focus on the food at Super Burger. That's why the drive thru is packed. They provide great diner fast food at the lowest price in Reedley. It seems that by saving $ in branding and decor, they pass on the value to customers with their food. Add to that the cleanliness in both the (somewhat dated) dining and up to date food prep area. I asked for my burger lettuce wrapped. It was the best I'd ever received from any burger place. Better than the "protein style" guys. They used the best part of the lettuce to make the burger perfectly enveloped and easy to handle. I was impressed. All this not to mention my wife and I had 2 burgers and 2 drinks for the price of one combo elsewhere. Keep it up Super Burger. Pretty disappointed by the quality of my service today (3/23, somewhere between 11 and 11:40 am).

The worker at the box was rude. I asked her a question about the milk shake selection, and in a harsh and snappy tone she said “look at the menu it’s right there.” The reason I had asked was it looked like some of the pictured shakes were combinations of flavors and I was curious.

Extremely unprofessional and a poor way to market product (I say this as someone who has experience working in the industry). When I was at the window, the worker handed me a menu (a passive aggressive act on her part) and the shake I received was HALF MELTED and not thick like they usually are.

I’m not sure whether they had a recent change in staff but this will definitely prevent me from supporting this local business in the future. At least I know my shakes won’t be half melted elsewhere.

They have good food but service and accuracy are lacking. Three of us in the car ordered three burger combos - all large, large fry, large drink, one burger with no cheese. The order was repeated back correctly. At the window we saw 3 medium drinks - and told we ordered medium. No, it was repeated back to us as 3 large combos, 1 burger no cheese and fries well done. Told we owed more for the "upgrade sizes". Paid it, handed 3 large drinks and a bag of "3 large fries". Got home, 10 miles away, to find cheese on the burger, one large fry on top of the now cold 2 medium fries, not the 3 large fries we ordered. We called, read the receipt back to them, 3 large combos, no cheese. Manager said if we wanted it fixed we would have to bring the entire order back and wait for the correct order. 20 mile round trip at over $6.00 for gas? Nope,...
