The day before Christmas Eve we placed an order for masa for tamales. The masa had a weird flavor but we still made them when our tamales were done they crumbled apart that is NOT good masa the tamales should NOT crumble when unwrapped. We took tamales AND some masa back and the manager refused to give us our money back. She gave us more masa we accepted it and gave it a second attempt and AGAIN the same problem. Not only did we waist money on gas but also waist red hours of time folding tamales on meat cheese jalapeños and corn husks so we took the masa back for a second time spoke to the “owner” and she refused again to give us our money back. At any store Iv worked at the managers always give the money back when the customer isn’t happy bc well it rearly happens that we have to give a refund. The food is also disgusting. A quick place to grab a few tacos. I don’t like the customer service and I don’t appreciate it when I asked for 5 tacos with everything and I’m return I get five with just meat. Another thing I don’t appreciate is when I called to see if they can give me some kind of refund they say no because, “ it was just the main condiments missing, you got your meat and tortilla.” Let me sum this topic up. When you go purchase a car does a salesman sell you a car with an empty tank of gas? No he fills up the tank before you leave the lot with your new car to SATISFY the customer. Love coming here! The food is delicious and I absolutely love their burritos and tacos de asada but lately whenever I come around the afternoon the girls working in the kitchen always mess up my order. I ask for no salsa and they still add it, I ask for cebollas asadas and repollo to get added and they forget and then when I come back to ask for it they act like it’s a problem to serve me because I interrupt them from talking with each other like what. I try to be super polite because I know how it is working with people but still they could act like they at least care and be helpful.
