Yoi Japanese Food — Restaurant in Reedley

Do not come here after a long day of work. Thought I would give this place a chance again after it being years since I've been to this place. Should have known this place was going to have poor customer service when two ladies were waiting for a while for their food. After placing my order the manager and the girl up front got my order. Several minutes went by and then the people in the back kept looking at me thought it was strange. Then several people left and I was still there. Once the "manager" noticed that I was getting frustrated she was like sorry for the wait very nonchalant could tell she didn't care. Offered me a California roll as if I even like that food and a drink rather than just giving me the meal I ordered. Another thing the manager was just placing the blame on the "new hire" rather than taking accountability for her poor management skills. Do NOT come here!!! Poor customer service / dirty tables. Rather stick to a real Japanese restaurant than this low...

I called ahead so I could pick up my order on the way home from work. Normally the food here is good so I asked to have it made fresh after 40 minutes, when I arrived they had prepared the food immediately after I called and left the food sitting under a heat lamp for half an hour. The rice had dried up and the salad was hot. At this point I had no desire to eat this, so I called to see if I could bring it back and they said ok. When I went back, they offered me a refund which I accepted but since it was split payment with half cash and half card, she had to ask the manager for help. He tried to argue with me saying I picked up my order a long time ago which is not true then got angry and handed me cash. He did not refund the full ammount but still threw away the order and did nothing to remedy the situation. Do not trust these people. They still got money from me which...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I walked in and the lady was just disrespectful since the beginning! So much that her coworker had to keep apologizing and also gave me a free drink. Thank you for that I guess. But this disrespectful behavior this female had towards me was so Wrong on her end. Thinking I was not gonna confront her for trying to make her faces and making remarks in Spanish. Like girl I’m a bilingual! And she was trying to act so innocent🤣! No bby😘!
