Well.....I like my G.M Alit. He's a very good man. But I worked there for about 3 years or so. And I worked off the clock some. More than some ...actually to much. And I didn't know they could get into trouble over that. I never received a raise and this girl comes in behind me by at least 6months and they gave her I k ow at least 3 raises in 2 years. And also put her over my jead. I bent over backwards for that company. I worked all I could and I didn't miss a day until I had been there I quite sure it was over a year. And then I was diagnosed with severe R.A. that's a very bad joint destruction disease and also diabetes. So now I work somewhere else because I missed several days in the last six Mon the I were there. Not a lot but not enough to be fired. And I worked in terrible pain. No raise for me Just a dead end job. They do not treat you right. I should have some 401 k money they tool out of my check every week for like 7 Months and didn't see anything. I'm so upset with the corporate office I can't see straight. I wish someone would tell me what I need to do. Thank you. Delivery driver from the past . I worked very hard with out anything . Read moreordered online which was very easy and user friendly. forgot to add extra ranch with the 2orders of wings i had. called the store within 5min of the online order confirmation. the young lady on the phone stated and agreed yes i see your order ranch comes with it but do you want extra. to which i said yes. she advised me of the new total and said she would change the amout and let me know i would see a different charge. when i looked at the credit card pending charges there were 3 charges. 2 for the original amount and 1 for the new up charge amount. assuming this is the original the refund and the new charge but waiting for the pending to clear. my order said 655pm but i knew it would be later but didnt get to me until 715. the delivery driver was amazing however there was no extra ranch or any for that matter. called the store back spoke to miss rudeness* not the original young lady* and offered a credit but with little to no emotion or taking credit for the mistake yet blamed the delivery driver. the reciept he had did show the extra charge when she said she didnt see it so i wasnt charged. lies terrible customer service and this was the 3rd mistake so making a review was needed. reidsville already has little to no options but this is terrible. on top of that the food was terrible and very over...
Read moreWe ordered at 5:37pm. I called at 7:49pm as we had not received our food. Text message had said food was out for delivery at 7:15pm. I spoke with 4 different individuals, including a manager asking that they make it right. I was told that the manager was the only person boxing pizzas and held for 16 minutes. He the stated he avoided the transaction. Then the pizza was delivered. Then I started receiving phone calls and texts from the driver telling me I had not paid for the food. I alerted them to speak to the manager. They then argued that the food shouldn't have been free. I submitted an official complaint on the website for handling.
I feel that waiting over 2 hours for the food, being on hold for 16 minutes, and talking to 4 people is not acceptable for something as simple as pizza. I feel that a refund was a justified request.
I do not think I should have recieved texts and phone calls from a pizza hut employee. Management should have handled. I think an apology is warranted but feel it would be an empty gesture honestly.
