This was my second time experiencing Cuban food. I am grateful that La Boca Loca was the purveyor of my second experience. I left their establishment feeling content and satiated. I ordered the Cubano, which I am told is the most popular item. My unfamiliarity with the culture and menu left me absolutely clueless as what I should request. The gentleman taking my order was quick to recommend this sandwich. This classic Cuban sub was served with pulled pork, sliced ham, mustard, pickles and a small amount of cheese. A seemingly odd combination for a New Englander. However, I found myself delighted by the crispness of the sub roll, which was still soft in the middle. The pork was savory and not over saturated with sauce. The mustard and pickles really did accentuate the pork in a way that I found pleasant. As if the sandwich alone didn’t do this establishment justice, the friendliest folks seem to work here. They were easy going, conversational and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. From the quick recommendation to the detailed explanation of their wall decor, it easily left me with a lasting impression that is both favorable and rare in today’s bustling world. The place is small. The outdoor, curbside seats would have gone a long way in alleviating that, had the good Lord not “rained on my parade”. Inside, however, was clean and had a summer night-life vibe to it. Between the vibrant neon sign, colorful seating and the display case of deserts it had a subtle Cuban vibe that was neither disorienting nor awkward.

**EDIT** We went again tonight and everything was amazing! Definitely try this hidden gem in Reidsville. This place is wonderful! The staff were super friendly and helpful when my husband and I visited for the first time. Every single item on the menu sounded so good. My husband got the steak bowl with chimichurri sauce and I got a Colombian empanada and an arepa de choclo (sweet corn cakes). We tried bites of each other's food and literally every single bite was amazing. We also tried the fun drinks they offer. I got a pineapple soda, so good, and my husband got a non-alcoholic malted beverage which he very much enjoyed. Overall, we had one of the best little date nights in a while and enjoyed trying something new. I absolutely recommend this place! Oh, and when I asked about desserts they said they were making some fresh that would be ready in 10 minutes or so.. so my husband and I just took a quick stroll around downtown Reidsville and came back. I got the pastelito de nutella (Nutella turnover) and OHMYGOD. That thing was so, so good. I enjoyed it with one of their Columbian coffees, the Bom Bon. You absolutely have to give this place a try. You'll be glad you did.

Carolina and Miho were hospitable and attentive as they were the first time we visited. The food was as beautiful as it was delicious. It was served hot and fresh practically right in front of us. There are so many options even for my teenage daughter with a sensitive palate. She does not care for the steak from a popular steak restaurant, but she was impressed by the steak here and even commented that it was almost as good as mine. The sanitation rating is 100% ! The ambiance, the food, the people, the desserts and the cafecito will not disappoint. My only complaint is that their desserts sell out very quickly like the flan and tres leches. Even though we came in near to closing, we never felt rushed as in other restaurants, but rather we were treated like family. I live about 45 minutes away and this restaurant is worth the drive. It is a must if you live in the vicinity or are visiting. Thank you George, Carolina, Miho and the others for the delicious food and awesome service. Nos Vemos pronto.

First I should say I am excited and shocked this city has a Cuban restaurant. I hope restaurant options continue to grow, but this place is a great start. From the moment I stepped into La Boca Loca, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued, making the dining experience truly exceptional. Not only is the customer service top-notch, but the atmosphere of the restaurant adds to the overall charm. With its cozy seating, vibrant colors, and thoughtful decor, La Boca Loca offers a bright and inviting space that complements their delicious cuisine perfectly. Whether you're here for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, the ambiance makes every visit a delight. It's rare to find a place that combines great service with such a pleasant environment, but La Boca Loca does it with ease. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a great take out or quick dining experience in Reidsville. So far the food smells delicious, I will provide a more detailed review after I have tried...
