This place doesn't even deserve one freaking star but I have to pick something!! This location is horrible, by far the WORST restaurant that I've ever been to! The workers are horrible, the service is horrible, it's just horrible! One of my experiences was waiting over 30 minutes after ordering two 5 dollar fill up boxes, then they forgot about zus. We ended up driving back through the drive thru and we finally got our order. How do you forget about a customer that you told to pull up and wait for their food??? Then another experience happened just now which has put the icing on the cake for them. We ordered a 12 piece chicken tender box which is SUPPOSED to come with two large sides, four biscuits, and the 12 chicken tenders. We checked the bag before leaving and realized they only gave us the tiniest containers that the have for the two sides and let me mention that they didn't even bother with letting us know that they "ran out of" large containers. We told the girl that we are not going to pay over 20 dollars for two tiny sides! This meal is supposed to be able to feed a FAMILY! Then the staff started laughing, INCLUDING the manager. The manager went from being on the cash register to fixing the containers of food!!! We saw it with our own eyes, absolutely disgusting!!! They miraculously came up with two large containers. FREAKING HILARIOUS!!!! Because of the first bag being wrong and pissing us off so bad then we didn't even get to open the box of the chicken tenders, so we got home and there are no biscuits!! When I got home and tried the food then it wasn't even fresh. 23 dollars wasted!!! Corporate was called and the situation was reported about this...
Read moreI’m new to the area and I have eaten at a lot of good local places so far , and before I finish this review I will ask that the people viewing take in consideration how our economy is at this time and lack of employees in establishment’s, with that being said I would like to start off by saying I’ve always liked kfc’s chicken, and sides but we ordered here about a week ago and we usually cook at home during the week but me and my wife both had a extremely long day at work and decided to get some good ol kfc , which quickly turned into a nightmare the chicken was far from done and we got food poisoning and missed 3 days of work recovering, and we have big bills and our work is extremely valuable, my suggestion would to get someone in there to train a fully staffed establishment to ensure things are done properly, I’m sure kfc doesn’t want their name shamed and I’m sure the owner means well but sometimes you have to do the right thing and if that means shutting down for a bit to get things running properly than so be it , it’s not fair to customers that get sick from poor service and miss time from work and fall back on their bills and so on , I am a second chance believer and always support business owners, entrepreneurs, and hard...
Read moreThe person I was speaking to while at drive through intercom was rushing me and there was no one behind me. Very snarky attitude and rude only to pull around and see that it was the manager. This is not the first time I've had this happen not only by the manager but by all the employees working at this location. I don't know if they are not being paid properly or what the problem is but they are always in a bad mood. You can say thank you, have a nice day to them and they just look at you. Shouldn't they be the ones saying that?! I mean really there are people out here who can do your job and have a smile on their face. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to fry chicken and be courteous. And the sanitation grade was a 94 at that. Forgot to mention I came wanting chicken livers and they didn't have them. When I asked why at window she just said" they be back in a month". Didn't know chicken livers were seasonal. Last time my wife went the girl in drive through asked my wife for a cigarette.
