Biscuitville — Restaurant in Reidsville

Just another pitiful Reidsville implementation of a fast-food chain that's normally tasty, quick, and friendly. I and my fiancee have been visiting this location since it opened. Started strong, as most places in Reidsville do while owners/franchisors do their best to make a good impression. Soon, however, reality sinks in, only the local "talent" remains, and both service and quality take a big hit. The biscuits we obtained today appear to have been made with little or no raising agent, rendering them into...well...I don't know what to compare them to. The little round cloth & foam applicators you use to apply wax to your car, perhaps? They are not good: Dry, un-fluffy, somewhat crisp. The cherry "turnover" looks more like a "been-run-over". Exactly the kind of food one wants after working an overnight shift, as my partner did last night. The place has "biscuit" in the name, and one would assume they know how to make them and when and in what volume, but that would be a grave error. Reidsville is where assumptions and logic go to die when it comes to fast food--actually, most food for that matter. Go to Biscuitville when you're in a city or town that isn't depressingly reliant on a pool of potential employees that couldn't care less whether they work or not. If you're in this town and need a biscuit fix, I highly recommend PG's Chicken & Biscuits, just up the street. They're not perfect (as is the case with any restaurant you visit in this "town"), but you can get good fried chicken for breakfast, and their biscuits put those from Biscuitville to shame, both in quality and size. Or, stay home and make your own--it's actually not terribly difficult nowadays, and you only have yourself to blame if they come out like...

NOW SINCE THIS STORE OPENED A COUPLE WEEKS AGO....IT HAS BEEN VERY VERY BUSY. GOOD THING. MY AND MY WIFE TO BE HAVE BEEN MANY TIMES AND WE REALLY LOVE THE ATTITUDES OF THE EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THIS PLACE. THEY ALL TREAT YOU VERY SPECIAL AND DO THE RITE THIING.

EXP. WE WENT THROUGH ABOUT A WEEK AGO AND THEY DID GET OUR ORDER INCORRECTLY SO WE CALLED AND LET THEM KNOW AND THE MANAGER NAMED ALLEN. HE IS SO AWESOME. WE WERE NOT ASKING FOR EXTRA ANYTHING. BUT THE PROBLEM FIRST. THEY JUST FORGOT TO INCLUDE A ORDER OF FRIES. THAT WAS IT. AND HE SAID COME BACK ANYTIME AND THEY WOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT. WELL WE WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED. ALLEN WAS THERE AND HE GAVE US TWO ORDERS FOR FREE PLUS TWO EXTRA MUFFINS. THIS WAS OVER THE TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS ONE. WE WERE VERY VERY HAPPY. SO I WILL UPLOAD WHAT PICTURES I HAVE AND GIVE THIS STORE A 5 OUT OF 5 RATING. THE PPL. THERE ARE OUT OF THERE WAY NICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!@@@BISQUICKVILLE. The lady at the drive thru is heaven sent but today i went inside with my daughter to sit down. The cashier Cadesha was RUDE and had the WORST ATTITUDE. she wadnt concerned with listening to my order then when she got it wrong I took my receipt back up there and nicely corrected the mistake and she lost it and turned around to her manager and the manager with the worst attitude said "well did she pay the difference " while im standing right there. I of course will pay for what i wanted but then the cashier just left me standing there and when i asked what i needed to do she said dont worry about it while rolling her eyes. I WILL NOT come back inside and order ever again this was one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had . I WILL NOT be coming back unless i know the sweet lady is working in the drive thru. This...
