I understand that staffing is an issue with many businesses, and this location appears to be affected as well, but to have multiple customers enter the front door and patiently stand there for over 10 minutes while never acknowledging their presence while two employees repeatedly discuss, rearrange a d then question the packaging & compilation of a single order for what seemed an eternity is disappointing. All three of us would have walked out if we hadn't come in to pick up our orders we'd placed via the web app. I saw what appeared to be my order in the "portal" but couldn't get to it. Eventually an employee approached us and asked our names. When she pulled the pizza I believed to be mine, I asked how fresh it was, she only responded "It just came out of the portal". She wouldn't give me a straight answer, so I resigned myself to just accepting the product and heading for my destination. I had questioned the freshness because that particular pie had sat in the portal for quite awhile. I "tracked"I my order via the app and as each step was highlighted, I again verified that the pie sitting in the portal I was unable to open was indeed mine. As I walked out the door, I opened the box lid to inspect my dinner, only to find a huge mess - the pie appeared almost as if had been slung into its berth in the portal... Cheese was everywhere and the pepperonis were just thrown onto the pie in piles that concentrated pools of grease that eagerly awaited the chance to spill on to clothing or a seat. Should I have taken it back inside and requested a replacement? Yeah, but I deemed it not worth the struggle. Much of the time, the food put out by this particular establishment is fresh and pretty tasty, so I'll give them a mulligan this time, but it all boils down to taking pride in your product and output regardless of your frustrations or...
Read moreHot & ready took 20 mins waiting, so after we paid my wife had online ordered dominos Philly cheese steak pizza and cinnamon twist with the new baked apple sauce, we went straight across the street from lil Caesars to dominos. Our dominos order was ready 3 mins after pulling up and they brought it out to us. We went in dollar tree and had 157 items, 2 buggies. paid for all that, put in the back of the jeep liberty and went to Murphy USA to get $20 in gas and 2 packs of cigarettes. Paid for pumped and left went back to lil Caesars. parked in front of the door. No one took notice to us after 5 mins. So I had to go inside and wait for a young man come from the back of restaurant and ask could he take my order. I'm like what?!?! Are you kidding me. I've been thru drive thru, placed my order, paid and was told a 20 min wait, and I proceeded to explain that I had been to dominos, dollar tree, Murphy USA, and now back to lil Caesars to finally get my 1 hot n ready pepperoni pizza. He attempted to give me one from the 'hot box' the pre made pizzas inside the glass machine. I told him NO, I don't want one from there. I've waited more than 20 mins for my pizza to be made. Read moreWorst experience ever tonight. After paying $26.30 for pizza for my family, I left the store without $26.30 and NO pizza! They claimed their system crashed after me swiping my card and charging me. I waited in the store for 30+ minutes thinking my pizza was baking, nope they claimed my order did not go through. According to my bank app the money was taken out! After waiting my turn in the line again I asked the cashier where my food was and she looked at me like I was stupid and then asked me to swipe my card again! Hell no I am not going to swipe my card again! I wanted my money back at that point! I was then told I would not be able to get a refund until corporate looked things over tomorrow and then if they felt a refund was warranted they would give my money back! They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and they refused to make my order unless I swiped my card again. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for but damn I couldn’t even get that!
