Bojangles — Restaurant in Reidsville

This is the location we use the most. Normally things go well for us when we visit this restaurant. Our last visit however, was a whole new story. My husband arrived there at 7:00 pm. He wanted to order two Supremes meals and a two piece meal. There were multiple other customers waiting for their orders when he arrived. He requested from the cashier the meals above and was told, "we are out of Supremes and you'll have to wait for us to cook the chicken". She also suggested he order sandwiches instead of the Supremes. He took her advice, paid for his food and waited. And waited. One gentleman finally said he wanted his money back. They hurriedly prepared his food so they wouldn't have to issue a refund and got him out the door. My husband waited some more. The other customers were asking, "Isn't this a chicken restaurant?" No chicken though. Nothing prepared. After 30 minutes, not an exaggeration, it was 30 minutes before my husband received our orders.

Edit: Today is Monday February 26, 2024, just three weeks since my original review. We returned to order Supremes tonight. Guess the outcome. You're right! No supremes....

The day we stopped at this location, it was not busy at all. walked right in and ordered my food. I got the grilled chicken combo with fries. The sandwich was perfectly cooked and the fries evenly match the food quality of the sandwich. On this particular day my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and wasn't feeling great. I ask the female employee some questions on soft food and of course she suggested the mash potatoes and mac and cheese. She was very professional and kind. I rate this store 5 stars, this location was very clean, well staffed and even though the store wasn't busy, everyone was doing something when I entered. That says good things about management and their training. Well Done Bojangles of Reidsville.

We love Reidsville, I would like to make you aware of a business who gets it wrong. I would encourage anyone who is in the market for a used car, K and N Cars would be the last place I would spend my money. To get further information, please see my review on K and N Cars website. "If I could give zero stars I would!" I recently visited this location, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the restaurant's cleanliness was immediately concerning, with multiple flies present on nearly every surface. This raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene, as we couldn’t help but wonder if they also landed on our food.

Additionally, our fountain drinks contained visible pieces of mold, which is completely unacceptable. The use of AI at the drive-thru was ineffective, as it eventually directed us to an employee who never responded, forcing us to go inside. Once inside, the situation was even worse, with the overall state of the restaurant appearing dirty and poorly maintained.

With a rating of 94, we should have been more cautious, but the experience exceeded even our worst expectations. This establishment is in dire need of intervention to improve its cleanliness and operations. Until then, I cannot recommend it.
