I find the fries i receive from here to be greasy and undercooked often. However, with the nice fry seasoning, it usually doesn't matter much. I like burgers and the food is often hot. I have found i hate the usual '4 drink' drink carrier to be rather annoying and almost useless. In a recent stupid maneuver of my own fault, i had two large drinks spill over into my seat. Luckily, the lids stayed on, which if memory serves me is nothing short of a miracle.

The staff also did think to put the crappy quality sticker seals on the straw holes. (They never peal off cleanly) This resulted in a spilling of minimal soda on my doctor paperwork and passenger seat. I was thankful for that!

This time, they left all the bacon off of my burger while my wife's burger had the bacon it was supposed to have. I'm not angry about it, but im cautiously disappointed, as i go out of my way to order via the app to avoid having these kinds of order mistakes. So the most gross bizarre experience I ever had at checkers or any other drive thru. I ordered loaded fries and philly steak bites. Upon pulling up to the window I was told there were problems with the register. She asked for cash. I only had cards. Then after a 15 minute wait. . She pretend to reset the system but clearly didn't actually do anything but walk back and forth then Katy told me she was the general manager when I asked for further assistance. I asked about what she will do with the food. She told me I can have the fries but that she is hungry and is keeping the other item to eat. I reiterated that I wanted to pay and wanted my whole order. She just kept reiterating that she was hungry and she would eat the food. She also lied about being the gm. Horrible hiring practices and terrible customer service. I wish checkers would stick to legal workers that spoke ay least remedial english!!!! Now me and my wife are...
