Went here with another mom and our two 10-year-olds on 6/25/25. We sat down right next to the arcade area while the boys went to play games, keeping an eye on them. They were not being unruly or misusing the machines. The manager, Theresa, came out of nowhere, stomped right past us, and marched up to the kids, asking them they wanted to pay for the machines. The kids were startled and when I addressed it with her, she said that she had mixed them up with other children that had purportedly had to pay for a machine they had broken. She apologized, but her approach was very aggressive and strange. If there is an issue with kids, address it with the parents. Here, there wasn't even an issue--she rolled up hostile anticipating one would arise and she didn't even have the right kids. We paid for our drinks, tipped our server, and left to have dinner somewhere else, where the kids were respectful and we were treated well. I have been going to this Bully's for years for the convenience, but I do not plan to return. I want to stress that the servers I've had have always been fine, and sometimes...
Read moreThe Food was good, the place was clean, and the wait staff was very pleasant. The wait staff was also completely incompetent and failed miserably in all three orders my party of 3 ordered.
One mistake? OK. I get it. But THREE OUT OF THREE?! Man, you have to really work to accomplish that.
Order #1 was asked to exclude something and add something else. Order arrived buried in the excluded request and minus the add request. This item went home in a box for someone at home.
Order #2 was delivered as one number off the menu, minus one of the components. This order was not discovered to be minus that item until the meal was started after it was delivered.
Order #3 instead of being a boneless item, was the bone-in item, was not properly cooked and was sent back (removed from bill at our request)
Strike 3, Bully’s. You’re OUT.

Read moreFriendly staff and decent drinks, but the kitchen couldn't get our order right. Ordered a Bully Burger with no bun, cooked rare. The waitress asked if we wanted it lettuce wrapped. We said no. It came out well done and in a lettuce wrap. Very dry.
Also ordered a gluten free pizza and it took several conversations and lots of confusion for the kitchen to actually start making the pizza. An hour after ordering it finally showed up. The pizza was average for gluten free, and a little on the bland side.
The cocktails were good, particularly their take on the Cosmopolitan called a "Pink Whitney Cosmo." They use pink lemonade and serve it in a martini glass. Looks and tastes yummy.
The bartender and waitress were helpful and friendly. I recommend the bar side of this place, but can't recommend the food side for...
