I'm not sure who is in charge of training here, whoever that is you have set your employees up for failure. It's also the attitude of the employee, just horrible. I ordered online. Got my confirmation number and my receipt and they took the money out of my account. So I drive to the restaurant, I let the lady know that I placed my oder online. She said she didn't receive anything. So I pull up to the window and show her the receipt with the order number and the address. She said oh well I didn't get it, so I can't do anything. She didn't seem to care that this happened. She just looked at me as if to say oh well. I ask for the manager and she says there's no manager here and she cant get a hold of one. So I ask her how do I get my money back? She didn't really have an answer. She was so lost. I asked for corporate number and she looked around lost with yet another 'I don't know' response. Then she tells me, oh the manager will be here in about 3 min. So she can get ahold of the manager? Absolutely ridiculous, horrible customer service. I learned from a different Carl's Jr location (a lot better and so much more friendlier) that the app is from a 3rd party and isn't always reliable. A refund should be headed back into your account soon. And they still gave me the online discount by showing me how to navigate through the app and bringing up codes to scan. A better to handle this situation would be!!!! "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we did not receive your order. Unfortunately the app isn't always reliable but please be assured your refund should be back into your account today. Can i help you place another order?" Boom, there you go. That would've been so much better. You are in customer service, you need to act professional. Not with a frown, not with a no care attitude and definitely don't repeat "I don't know" for everything. Managers, educate your employees. They won't have such a hard time. This place needs to be trained all around. The prices are crazy high for this...
Read moreAfter driving all day from California, pulled into drive thru, waited 15 min. Staring at a blank screen, figured that they were just busy, after moving up to the window watched as window person passed some drinks to the truck on front of us, didn't see any cash/card transaction??? So when my family and myself pulled up to the window, they tell us they are closed bc the computer went down , and when I asked why hadn't the turned off lights or covers up the lighted signs, or sent another employee outside to inform other potential customers, the two working the window said they didn't have time, but had time to hand " their friend" in front of us drinks, so as we turned the corner to leave they still had a line of cars, wrapped all around the building, so my wife and I thinking it was unfair for the other potential customers, we drove along side of them telling them they were closed, I mean after all that you would think they would have told the other potential customers,and turned off the lights indicating they were open. LOUSY SERVICE & ATTITUDE!! not till we were driving away from the window they said sorry ONCE! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE. not a very good impression at all. I arrived at 10:45 on 06/30/25 and sat there waiting to order but no one responded so I pulled forward and noticed 2 cars ahead of me waiting for their orders. I backed up to the speaker box and said hello a couple times but no response. When the people left in front of me, I pulled forward to the window and told the guy working at the register that I’d been waiting since 10:45 and he said “we’re closed”. I explained that the website says you’re open till 11. He replies “I have to clean up!” I was pretty disappointed b/c the least he could’ve done was reply to me at the speaker box and lmk they were closed rather than make me wait for 10 minutes to find that out. RUDE! It’s fine if they want to close early, at 10:45, then change your advertised hours online & on Google so customers are not expecting them to be open until 11pm. Bad customer service.
