My recent encounter with Pizza Plus left me disappointed and frustrated, overshadowing my appreciation for their food. While their menu offerings are delicious, the service provided by the staff at this location was severely lacking, leaving a lot to be desired.
Attempting to order pizza and wings for delivery, I encountered issues right from the start. The woman who took my order over the phone seemed impatient and disinterested. Despite providing detailed instructions on how to find my apartment, she appeared reluctant to listen and hastily assured me that she was taking notes. Unfortunately, this lack of attention to detail became evident later in the process.
Approximately an hour later, I received a call from the delivery driver who was clearly lost and informed me that there were no notes included in my order. I had to guide him step-by-step to reach my location. When he finally arrived, the poor driver seemed worn down and disheartened. He handed me the order, but to my surprise, he expected payment in cash. I immediately informed him that I had provided my card number to the woman who took my order. It became clear that there had been a miscommunication or error on their part, marking it as a cash order.
With the delivery driver present, I called the store on speakerphone to rectify the payment issue. However, the first woman who answered the call seemed annoyed by my inquiry and reluctantly transferred me to a manager. Unfortunately, the second woman I spoke to exhibited impatience from the moment she picked up the phone. Her abrasive and scolding demeanor made it challenging to provide my card details, resulting in a failed attempt to complete the transaction. Her lack of professionalism and customer service skills were evident throughout our brief interaction, leading to my decision to abruptly end the call.
Ultimately, I instructed the delivery driver to take the order back. He confirmed the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the staff, expressing sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. It is clear that the behavior of these individuals reflects poorly on Pizza Plus and has the potential to harm their business in the long run.
I strongly urge Pizza Plus to address the issue promptly by reevaluating and potentially terminating the employment of the individuals involved. Their rude and unprofessional behavior not only affected the delivery driver's tip but also resulted in the loss of revenue from this particular order and any potential future business from me.

It's not spicy at all, just delicious. I recommend calling ahead if you're picking up. It can get crazy busy here.
I used to go to Pizza Plus a lot more frequently, but I had a bad experience one day when their internet was down and I couldn't pay with my card. I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to drive around trying to find a place to get cash. The employees just stood their staring at me, not offering any alternatives. So, I suggested they let me take the pizza to my work event, they make a note in the system, associated with my phone number, with how much I owed them, and I would stop by on my way home from work to pay. They all looked back and forth at either other dumbly, not saying anything. There was nothing left to do but throw up my hands and walk out. As other reviewers have mentioned, I don't think they have management at this restaurant.
Here's the real kicker, though. The next time I called to place an order, I was told I couldn't, because I had not shown up to pick up my last order. I would not be allowed to order again until I paid for that food. The irony! It was MY idea to put a note in their system that I needed to pay for that food and they acted like it was a foreign concept. Instead, they DIDN'T give me the food, and THEN they made a note in their system that I owed them money, just like I suggested! What a joke. So, I explained the situation and they let me order, but for that and the next five or six orders I placed, I was required to pay in advance, as if I could not be trusted. Clearly, they still had some kind of mark on my phone number. Pizza demerits? Come on.
Well, all the worse for them. I eat a LOT of pizza, and that experience encouraged me to branch out to some other pizza places, where I found food I like much better. Read moreWe ordered from here for lunch to the hospital for staff, it took about an hour to be delivered which is reasonable. Upon arrival there was 2 small pizza boxes and one large pizza with a styrofoam box as well we assumed this was our three pizzas and one box of fries. Upon looking we were missing two whole pizzas. We called and asked to speak with a manager named Liz and she didn’t once apologize for the inconvenience but instead said we were lying and the two boxes were the pizza. She then went on to say we would have to wait for the driver to finish his deliveries before we would get a pizza. When asking for a refund or discount Liz refused because we had already received the pizza which was missing half of our food. We unfortunately did not have time to wait so one of our staff had to drive out on her lunch and get the pizzas missing her whole lunch break. Liz refused to even refund the delivery fee since we had to go get our own order. When we arrived and got our pizzas we were greeted with an eye roll and given our pizzas. Throughout this whole process never once did someone apologize. We definitely not being order from here ever again. It’s understanding that with staffing mistakes happen, but to be so rude and inconsiderate and accuse us of our lying about a $10 pizza is ridiculous. Sad to see this places customer service...
