If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. This place honestly deserves to be closed down, or at least taken over by someone who actually knows what they're doing and gives half an ounce of care to their management and customer service skills. The staff here constantly screw up our orders or completely forgets food. Another reviewer commented that you could order just fries and they would still find a way to forget them - and honestly this is SO true that it's just sad at this point. On top of that, they are extremely rude any time you call or come back to complain about missing items; they act like YOU are the problem and that they are SO inconvenienced by you asking for them to correct your order. For example, they gave us the wrong Ultimate Chicken sandwich after my boyfriend confirmed twice that he wanted the one that had lettuce and tomato on it and that they still have that one, instead of the other version that only comes with pickles. He gets home, unwraps the sanwich, and it's the regular one with just pickles, no lettuce and tomato. He drove all the way back to get it replaced, and they rudely fed him some bs line that it's going to take 25 minutes to make a new one. There is NO item on their menu that takes 25 minutes to make, regardless of what they're doing. And they weren't even busy. He left, drove to the NE Sunset McDonald's (on the complete opposite side of our neighborhood, which is extremely inconvenient for our commute) and they made it for him with a smile within a few minutes. They even apologized for this McDonald's rudeness and mistakes (even though they shouldn't have to). My advice to you? Avoid the NE 44th McDonald's, unless you like wasting your time and paying for the wrong food or food that won't even be in your bag. Go to the McDonald's on NE Sunset instead, they'll take way better...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I went through the drive thru and ordered two meals. A Mushroom swiss with crispy chicken and a grilled chicken artisan meal. So first we get our food without the second sandwich altogether so I go in to ask them to give me the sandwich. Then I go back and realize the mushroom swiss burger was beef, not crispy chicken. So I ask them to fix that. They finally replace all the food. I thank them and go back to my car. Wanting to start eating, I open my grilled chicken artisan meal. The sandwich has crispy chicken on it instead. At this point I'm pissed and go back inside just wanting my money back since everyone inside is clearly too incompetent to get the order right. Then the manager refused to give my money back without giving him back all of the food they messed up on, which I did not care about BECAUSE ALL OF IT WAS WRONG. EVERY SINGLE THING. So I go and get all of the food and I'm incredibly angry giving them all their food waiting for my money back and the manager threatens to call the cops on me for yelling. Okay. Every single person in this store is ridiculously incompetent, including the rude manager who cares more about his image than the customer's satisfaction. News flash: you work in customer SERVICE. Food SERVICE. Maybe before being promoted to manager,...
Read moreI am hoping this is the right mc Donald's right off of exit 7. To who ever was working last night Tuesday August 18th, 2020 between 9pm-9:30pm. I am not impressed. there was 1 guy waiting in the drive through when i got there and no one helped him we sat in the drive through for over 15min. I yelled out the window to the guy asking if they were open he said he'd assume so because all the lights were on. But no one was responding to us. Lights were on inside as well as the drive through. However no one spoke to us and no one helped us. Minutes later as I'm sitting in my car. 2 of your employees (they were wearing uniforms) runs out lights off a mortar firework in the parking lot with no tube. It exploded on the ground they yelled "oh sh*t" and ran. I got out of my car because it startled me and made me scream. But I didnt see faces I saw their uniforms from my side mirror. It sounded like 2 youngish boys. Not only is it crazy unsafe and not the 4th of july but that could have caught the building on fire or the trees or even my car. After that the guy in front if me just left and so did I. What I witnessed was totally unprofessional and unsafe. If I could give 0...
