Do something about your parking you continue to let your patrons park in the next-door, neighbors easement and tenants. Cannot exit out of the driveway if you continue to be stubborn And let your patrons continue to park when that is illegal we have legal access to enter. I don’t understand what’s so hard about that. Your owners are always being old and stubborn about this law it’s illegal binding contract. You have to let us pass through where the dominant party you have to let us pass. Do something about it or else we will continue to fight this. Your owners are constantly arguing saying that we have no rights when we do have the rights I don’t think you realize how real estate law works.

Has a nice view sitting out front and the food is amazing. Allow yourself some time when you go because there is a lot to choose from and they all sound delicious. Whether you're getting a sandwich or dessert or both, you won't be disappointed at all. I'm from Buffalo but everytime I go out that way I make it a point to stop here. The only downside is the hours they're open, check before heading there.

Such an amazing spot to grab lunch! Today was our first time in and we were thoroughly impressed, both by the large sandwich menu and other treats, but also with the great service! Their soups were really good and went well with their massive ruben sandwich that we ordered. I also had a slice of cherry pie for Pi Day, and it was everything I needed! All in all, highly impressed and highly recommend!

I'll preface by saying I have been a customer of Cormacks deli for years. Normally a good experience; order a sandwich, enjoy it and move on.

My experience on 7/16/25 was much different. I had called the day prior to see about pre-ordering 8 sandwiches for noon on the 16th. I was told no pre-orders. Ok no problem. I asked what was the best time to try and get the order in and was replied with "look we had 60 people out the door before open today, so if you want to order, come and wait in line like everybody else".

Ok, fair enough. So I arrive at 10:30 the day I need the order, not a car in the parking lot, so I ran an errand and came back at 11:30. Maybe 4 vehicles and about 8 patrons in the deli. I wait in line for about 5 minutes and ask to place a to-go order. I was declined and told no more than 5 sandwiches.(mind you there is a chalkboard sign that says orders of more than 5 sandwiches is ok, if parties are present to pick it up) and I was advised the day prior to come and wait in line to order, yet turned away from following their advisement. Also of note, there were no further customers behind me in line waiting to order. So I was turned away from the deli...for ordering sandwiches... just find that odd.

TL;DR Cormacks advised me to come in store, wait in line to then decline my order of 8 to-go sandwiches. It was pretty unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I took my business across town to Toski Sands and they helped me on the spot no problem. And they were great sandwiches at nearly half the price.

This order was for a meeting with a local healthcare organization per their request. Unfortunately Cormacks won't be recommended for future events until they can hopefully remedy some basic...

On line and posted on the entrance window are the following hours of operation: 11 to 4. I arrived today at 3:45 hoping to get some quiche. The chairs were all on top of the tables, the deli showcase was empty, clearly not a very inviting atmosphere. When asked what I was looking for, I expressed an interest in a piece of spinach quiche. After going in the back to check if that was available I was told I was able to obtain the quiche, then I was asked if I wanted the salad that comes with it, which I did which I don't think made anyone happy. When at the register to pay I just happened to inquire if the quiche was heated only to be told no, the grilles were all turned off for the day. I then inquired if I could at least get it warmed in the microwave . . . My experience was anything but pleasant except for the second checkout gal that finally rang me up. Perhaps they should change their hours to 11 to 3:45 so as to not put anyone out. I am a local that enjoys Cormac's food but have never been impressed with their customer service for...

The hours are probelmatic. I used to like this place. I guess before covid it was a functioning deli. Afterwards, I don't believe it deserves that distinction. I remember them having good pies and sandwiches. I was told the grill was shut off at 3pm. According to the owner it's later than that, but that wasn't my experience. I suppose it varies. I can make a ham sandwich at home, thank you. Why stay open after noon if all you have to offer is cold cuts? The very worst part of my experience was that I showed up scruffy in flannel and was very much treated as second class. The stocky, blonde counter person was very condescending and rude to me. Sorry I'm not from Bay Harbor. I am though a local concierge of sorts. I won't be recommending this establishment to my customers.

When you look up a restaurant's hours online you expect the full offering during the hours listed. If you'll be offering a limited menu that should be listed online, please. But in my experience you don't think much of your...
