So I’ll start by saying that I have not ate at Burger King in like 8 years and when I did it was through the drive-through, I haven’t been INSIDE Burger King In probably like 20 years. That being said, I finally came to bring my niece, and had no idea that you had to order at a kiosk, so I stood at the front cash register for like 10 minutes, the workers kept staring at me but wouldn’t even acknowledge me or ask if I had a question or anything, it was so rude, I did not see the self kiosk because it was behind me. They could have asked if I had a question or wanted to order and then pointed me in the right direction to the kiosk instead of making me wait around looking dumb. I’m used to someone taking my order at an actual cash register. My personal opinion is that these workers need to work on their mannerisms and professionalism by acknowledging the customers. Also, we are so excited to try their nerds slushy, so when I picked up my tray at the counter, the lady says oh, we are all out of nerds, so we could just give you the slushy by itself, but the nurse was the whole reason that my niece wanted that slushy so she said I’ll just give you a soda instead, but I said the soda is cheaper, so I will be losing money if you do that, because they did not want to give me a refund. Read moreThis has to be one of the worst Burger Kings you can go to. The line is always long and the employees are not the best. The managers in the morning are very slow and rude. I went through the drive through and gave the manager my card to pay for the food. She gave the card back but then told me that the payment did not go through so she needed to swipe the card again. I drove all the way home to find that I had actually been charged twice for the same amount. I drove back to the restaurant and spoke to the manager and told him that I was charged twice. He told me that there was no way that I would have been charged twice and it was my bank that charged me and not them! That logic made absolutely no sense! He refused to refund me my money and gave me a lot of attitude. Needless to say, I was not happy. What do these employees have to gain from charging me twice? I used to work in fast food so I know that what you charge people has no bearing in your check. Therefore, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with refunded people money for charging them twice. Read moreI made a mobile order and left my house about 20 minutes after that (app said about 5-7 minutes). I pull up to the drive thru menu order and mentioned I was picking up a mobile order. The guy seemed a bit confused...and had me sitting there for a couple minutes, even after I asked if they had found my order request. He came back on and asked if he could help me. I mentioned to him I had a mobile order, he told me to pull forward. By the time I got to the window another 10 minutes had went by and my order was still not made, I heard them asking for my items to the cook. They handed me my bags and I asked if everything was there and they said yes. I pulled away and parked. My son and I checked the order, and of course an item was missing. I had to get back in line (restaurant lobby was closed the whole time). This was not the first time that I had ordered ahead of time and my order had not even been pulled up (1st time was at a different store). When I went home, I realized the fries were old.
