Read moreCritical Review: Stater Bros. Supermarket on Foothill Blvd, Rialto, CA I recently visited the newly opened Stater Bros. supermarket on Foothill Blvd in Rialto, CA, and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the sushi bar, FujiSan. Despite the grand opening, the sushi selection was overpriced and predominantly made with imitation crab meat. This is unacceptable, especially considering that other Stater Bros. locations in Cherry Valley and Fontana offer high-quality sushi with real ingredients. I spoke with the store manager, Daniel, to express my concerns. I felt offended that just because our neighborhood might be considered less affluent, we are subjected to inferior products. This is not a reflection of our community’s standards or expectations. I urge the residents of Rialto to voice their dissatisfaction and avoid purchasing sushi from this location until they improve the quality of their offerings. We deserve the same quality as other neighborhoods, and it’s important to speak up to ensure we get what we deserve. Shame on FujiSan for this oversight, but unless we demand better, nothing...
Read moreUpdate In reply to the owners response, it would be lovely to see your stores care more for customers who refuse to eat pesticides with our produce. It seems like the "majority of the uninformed" public gets fed and the rest of us must travel elsewhere. I have sadly watched the Organic section of your produce departments wittle down smaller and smaller until it is practically non existent. I always had higher opinions of Stater Brothers especially in comparison to Food4Less, but lately their Organic produce section is better than yours! ...and that is saying something. I just thought Stater's was classier than that. I held a false idea that nutrition was important for everyone to you. As a non-gmo consumer, the produce fails to feed my family, forcing me to drive to other locations to get groceries. I have Stater's all around me, but if I accidently run out of onions while cooking, I can't just hop in my car and go up the street a block and a half away. No. I have to go miles past 3 Stater's to Sprouts for an onion. Sad. Fin It is much better than the Stater Brothers...
