Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Rialto

DO NOT CALL THIS CARLS JR FOR ANYTHING. my brother called to follow up on a job application and he uses my phone because he does not have a phone. Today I received a call from a lady asking me if I was Jacque. Telling me about an incident that happened the day prior. I explained to her that I was sorry but we have no idea what she is talking about that she had the wrong number. She proceeded to yell at me about calling yesterday about an employee of theirs? I explained that she had the wrong number again and that we don’t know what she is talking about. My wife got on the phone and told her she has the wrong number this manager decided to threaten us to never call that store again that they have us on caller I.D about a health inspector... She was correct my brother called the day prior for a follow up on his job application. That was it nobody called them about some inspection or employee complaint . She did at the end tell us it was a Carl’s Jr. After the phone call we were struck and obviously pissed about that very random and disrespectful call. We told her many times she had the WRONG NUMBER. I wrote my brother and asked him if he ever called a carls Jr and he said yes so we went on google and found the number matching this store and called back because she called us blocked. Some young girl answered and we heard her explaining our situation to someone and we heard the lady who called us in the background “ I don’t have time for them” that’s when we started recording the call this manager then gets on the phone and says hello I don’t have time for this so I explained to her that we are recording this call and that I needed her name and why she thought it was okay to call us and harass us the way she did when we told her many times that she had the wrong number and that it was my brother who called about a JOB so when I asked her what her name was she refused to disclose that name and hung up on us. I called back and she then threatened the cops 😂 Corporate was emailed but this review is 100% needed so NOBODY gets this type of treatment for NO REASON. So now that she knows that call was about an application they won’t probably look at my brothers application so she not only disturbed us but also screwed my brother out of a job basically.

This manager was a WOMAN and she worked 5-24-2024 and this call happened at 12:26pm she was a manager because the young lady that answered the phone said she was going to get her manager. We heard this manager laughing about our situation and everything to the employee who answered and got her for us. Very unprofessional and we will be taking every legal action to make sure this lady NEVER...

Terrible customer service. Ordered what I always get a jalapeño chicken sandwich combo. They tell me they don’t have such a thing. I tell them yes you do I ordered it last week. I knew something was wrong when the asked if I wanted it fried or grilled. Also knew they had the order wrong when it came out to almost 12 bucks. After waiting for 10 minutes to get the food it turns out the gave me a big Carl and added jalapeños which is not what I ordered. I went inside and they told me sorry the cook doesn’t know how to make the jalapeño chicken sandwich. Why couldn’t they tell me that when I was ordering? Needless to say I asked for a refund and not only did they ask for the sandwich and fries back but even the drink. Figured they could at least give a drink for all the time wasted and frustration. They were giving me attitude the whole time and taking trash as we were leaving. Will never be...

After a disappointing experience at this Carl's Jr. location on Christmas, I regret to say that I will not be recommending this place to anyone. The poor food quality left a lot to be desired, with plain, soggy, and tasteless burgers that were a major letdown. The Double Famous Star Burger was particularly disappointing, as it was compressed badly and lacked any flavor. The Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger without bacon was also unimpressive, as well as the Large Fries.

Despite the okay service given the long line of vehicles, the high prices just were not justified by the low quality of the food. Since I ordered food at the drive-thru, so I can’t say anything about the inside of this place.

Overall, my visit to this Carl's Jr. left me highly disappointed and I will not be returning anytime soon. Save yourself the trouble and find another spot to grab a...
