But All Management is not allowed to work due the quarantine and health risk! They told their employees that “They do not have to work because they have children and families”! Excuse me! Chipotle Mexican Grill on Easton St in Rialto is now my go-to spot for a delicious meal, even though I wouldn't consider myself a huge Mexican food lover. There is just something about their Double-Protein Bowl that has me returning again and again!
Each time I go, I can't help but add extra guacamole to my bowl - because honestly, who doesn't love guac? The use of fresh ingredients is really noticeable, and I like that I can watch them make everything in front of me. It gives me that added confidence that I'm receiving good food.
Although the restaurant's interior is quite clean, I always like to take the meal home and enjoy it on my comfortable couch. There is something about being at home with a hot bowl that makes it even more enjoyable! The portion is just right, and the prices are quite reasonable for the quality of food I get.

Had a very rude experience this morning with a male manager, who was very unprofessional with handling my complaint of them opening an HOUR LATE, due to maintenance.That's something you do during closing hours not opening hours by the way. He told me to come back in an hour, but I was on my lunch break, and them not being open on time was an inconvenience. They were doing online orders, so nothing prevented them from taking my order at the door. So instead of trying to resolve the issue, that "manager" escalated it, by talking down to me in front of another customer. I met his rude tone and clearly he didn't like it and walked away saying "have a nice night", when it's clearly MORNING, but he can't tell difference since he has transition glasses on.
