Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rialto

I order from this store about once per week. I've ordered from just about every category, and am consistently pleased with the experience.

The food has been prepared very well, the food is ready when they say it will be, and the people working here are just awesome. They are ALL friendly and happy to greet you when you walk in. This store only has pickup and delivery. I wish they would add on a dining room, so their customer service skills could have a better platform!

I have never ordered delivery from here - so I can't comment on that.

I will mention that the store sits back off the street, and is really easy to miss. I will add photos after my next visit, so you'll be able to see what it looks like when you're surrounded by traffic and trying to look for the red hat. I approach from the south, and for some reason my GPS guided me to go up and make a U-Turn at W. Rialto Ave., when you only need to turn left onto the last street before S. Riverside Ave. becomes a divided avenue. If you're reading this, you can just look over at the map to see what I mean.

Five stars for always making my food perfectly, and always greeting me in a sincere way, no matter the day or time, and no matter how busy they are!

Ok... Where do i start... The last time that i went into this location (about a month ago) i got into an arguement with an employee (caucasion guy/overweight/beard) because i wanted a pan pizza and the only way that he could do it, is if i paid for it, and i wasnt doing that, so he ended-up just doing it again and telling me that he wasnt never doing it again, he somehow forgot that im still the customer and the customer is always still right! So fast forward to tonight, when i went to pick-up my order, my wings looked like that and when i asked the guy (same guy) to put some more sauce on my wings, he said only if i paid an extra 1.50! I asked the other employee standing there if he saw sauce on my wings and he just played dumb- it wasnt an essay question- either you see it or you dont! Does anyone see sauce on these wings that's reading this? DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT order from this location in rialto, next to the spearmint rhino! And i will be calling the pizza hut headquarters and requesting that the main guy that i was talking to be fired because he has a serious...

06-20-2017 at exactly 10:49 pm we placed an order. We were called once by the manager to let us know that they were out of wings and 2 juices that were ordered. Phone call was disconnected and we returned the call who was then answered by another employee who told us that they were not going to deliver our order because they had three other orders to deliver. He then went on to say that the manager had made that decision so I told them that that was not the case. He then asked if we could go pick up the order and that they were going to void the payment so we could pay for it AGAIN in person. Thirty seconds later he goes on to say something else, by this time I am extremely frustrated and angry at the fact that neither manager or employee seem to know what day it is, much less what is coming out their mouth. They then go on to tell me that they are sorry they can no longer make the order period because its past 11:00 pm. Who's fault, I guess mines. I can keep going but its embarrassing for the Company.
