Subway — Restaurant in Rialto

They only had white bread, then the blonde older woman repeatedly insisted against us asking to toast our subs,and after 3 times that we asked (she repeatedly insisted it was not needed as the bread was "warm and fresh", it was not) we accepted it untoasted. The other girl at the register charged us wrong, cancelled the order, redid it, and still managed to over charge us for extra tuna that we didn't order, we did order extra cold cuts on one of three subs, one being a tuna, I assume the extra charge was a miscommunication between the two, but considering we've been here quite often and the older woman has always had an attitude, and this isn't the first time we've been overcharged, we won't be coming back. This has to be the worst Subway in Riverside county. I come here on my break, and every single time there is one person working. Making sandwiches, cashier. One person doing everything on a Saturday around lunch time. If it's two or three customers in, it took near an hour to get one turkey sandwich. Horrible, also always out of something rather it's bread, cookies, chips. Never stocked up on everything. I will never come back here, I was late back to work twice because of the long wait. I feel sorry for the young lady working by herself. She is working to hard for minimum wage. This store...

Absolutely terrible. They never have any of the items I want and to make matters worse, the manager has the worse customer service I've ever encountered. She was talking about me and other customers in Spanish and flaunted around the lobby without uniform and her ankle monitor showing. She's rude and was bothered when I asked for more napkins. Had the WORST experience here and I suggest any and all customers avoid this location...
