The food is good, can't complain there. I like their shakes as well.
I'd give them 5 stars if it wasn't for their online ordering process. I eat take out ALOT and I order online probably about 85% of the time. This is the only place I've gone where ordering online can actually be a slower process than both the drive thru or just ordering at the counter.
They have a process where if you order online you simply go in, flag down a staff member, inform them you ordered online, and they go to get you your order. Sounds good in theory and I imagine works most of the time. But recently I ordered online, went to pick it up, and must have stood there for about 10 minutes waiting to get a staff member's attention. I wasn't acknowledged once by any staff despite 2 walking past, and 2 who were handling take out orders who I was by most of the time.
I finally managed to flag down one of the take out girls when she was calling for another order and told her I ordered online. "Oh, that's been ready." Which didn't surprise me at all. She gave me my food and by this time (waiting 10 minutes for my food that was most likely ready when I arrived) I noticed the drive thru which had 4 or 5 cars when I arrived was empty and so was the line to order your food which had 5 people when I arrived.
I usually don't nit pick about things like that but it was a pretty annoying experience. It wouldn't kill them to have staff members ask "Have you been helped" every few minutes when you see people standing there for 5 or 10. In their defense, however, they were working quite hard. And I'd still...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE 9/29/2024: Redemption! Good food. Her chicken & avocado bowl was the right temp. My chicken salad had generous chicken and dressing. And the service was pretty good. The app has changed, so we were pleasantly surprised when the guy at the register offered to use points for the bowl. We took him up on it. Whatever the glitch was, they seem to have resolved it.
UPDATE 12/28/2023: Don't get me wrong, we still love this place. Usually. But the experience of last night can rock one's opinion. Her meatball marinara sandwich was cold. (My linguini Alfredo was good and warm.) When she took it back, they promised her a new sandwich. I was over half done with my meal and hers still had not arrived. When she went back to ask, they said tersely "It will be a few minutes." When it arrived, there were some (unordered) french fries, but the sandwich itself was tepid at best. Up until her complaint everyone had been friendly. After it not one staff member came out to the table. We've often had a manager come by and ask. Not last night. No apologies were made. No inquiry if we were satisfied. Basically poor customer service, and that's why I've knocked off a couple stars for one of our favorite places.
What a pleasant surprise. She had an original dipped Italian beef with giardiniera and could not stop praising it. Best Italian beef she's had! Mine was a fettuccini alfredo plus Italian sausage. And I couldn't stop either. Really rich sauce, and the sausage was very tasty. Great meal!...

I will start positively by saying I come here quite often and am usually impressed with the food and politeness of all the teens working there. However, while I am willing to extend grace to teens, I have different expectations of a fully grown manager at an establishment where I am spending my hard earned money. Adrian brought my food to the car, shoved it through the window and said nothing. No greeting, no pleasantries, nothing. Ok fine. I asked them to wait while I checked my salad to ensure things were right and proceeded to tell them I had asked for no croutons. They stared off and still said nothing. After a long silence, I proceeded to say, well I guess Iāll just have to pick them out myself then and the MANAGER dryly says āokā and runs off again. No apology. No offer to take the salad back and remove them. Nothing. I was so blown away, I had to stop and ask them for their name and title and when they said manager, I couldnāt believe it. Again, love this place generally and love the food and service I usually receive, but poor management will always leave a bad taste in my mouth.
