A Promising New Spot with Excellent Flavors
This is a brand-new restaurant that’s already showing great potential. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the chef clearly knows what they’re doing. The egg curry is one of the best I’ve had — flavorful, well-balanced, and perfectly spiced. The chili momos are also a standout, with just the right amount of heat and flavor.
Located conveniently in the neighborhood, it’s an easy stop with quick in-and-out access, which is a big plus.
One area for improvement is the naan and roti. The naan we had wasn’t fully cooked and could benefit from being baked a bit longer. If they focus on enhancing the quality of their breads, this place could easily become one of the top Indian restaurants in Dallas.
