My issue is mainly the vegan cheese. The place is over priced in general but I always chalked it up to being a halal place. But there’s a massive up charge for vegan cheese on top of it. I am allergic to dairy so I always put up with the added charge and wanted to support a local halal business so continued to purchase from here. But this last time convinced me to never ever return. First the person on the phone said it would be $4 for half a medium pizza with vegan cheese and half with regular. I questioned this because a large pizza with full vegan cheese on it has always been a $5 upcharge. This should be half that for half a smaller pizza or less. He agreed to adjust the price to $2. When it came, it was the most disappointing pizza experience I could ever have imagined. I could count the pieces of cheese on my half because of how few they were. It felt like I was eating bread with plain toppings and no cheese. It was so little cheese that the pizza slice couldn’t even stay together. Everything fell off the moment you lifted the slice. It didn’t feel like pizza at all. My husband took a bite and threw the slice down with a look of disgust. I’ve noticed a pattern. The very first time I ordered vegan cheese, it was a well done pizza. Everytime since, the cheese was skimped on more and more but I stayed hopeful. Maybe it was a a day they were running low. Im good at making excuses for people. But this last experience was unacceptably bad. There are much better options for people with allergies. Mod Pizza has no upcharge for vegan cheese and generously adds vegan cheese. Spin Pizza only charges $1.25 for vegan cheese. Pizza Twist has a plant based pizza menu section with no up charge for vegan cheese. I think a pizza place pretending to cater to vegans or people with food allergies and then both over charging and then skimping on the cheese to this extent is awful. Never again! I still ranked it 3 stars because my husband’s review of his half of the pizza was that it was perfectly average but that he wasn’t impressed and didn’t find it to be anything special. So, to be fair, I gave it an average rating with just a warning for people like me with food allergies. Vegan cheese is a total hit or miss. You may get lucky like I did the first order and have a normal amount or you may get bread with toppings and no cheese to speak about. The times in between were not satisfactory but at least I could see the cheese and it stuck together. For an upcharge just for adding it, this last experience was...

Read moreWe are a family of four adults and one child who drove all the way from Valley Ranch to this spot not realizing that it's a grab and go place.
Anyway, thumbs up for being HMS-certified.
We ordered an extra-large half-and-half pizza — Beef Supreme on one side and Chicken Tikka (which could have been spicier) on the other. We weren’t disappointed — the pizza was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
However, we also tried the Spicy BBQ Wings and Garlic Parmesan Wings (8 pieces each). While the flavor of the sauces was good, the chicken itself had an off smell and a rubbery texture, which was quite disappointing.
Order Summary (with approx price notes):
XL Pizza: $25 – Reasonable for a specialty halal pizza
Spicy BBQ Wings (8): $15 – Pricey, especially considering the quality
Garlic Parmesan Wings (8): $15 – Also pricey for a grab-and-go, and not fresh
4 Cokes: $8 – Fair pricing at $2 each
Overall, the pizza was worth the drive, but the wings did not meet expectations in...
