If I could give zero stars I would. We recently moved to the area so weāve eaten here a few times. One time we found a mosquito in our to go food & I gave them the benefit of the doubt so we gave them another chance. Our food was good sometimes but the consistency was off. Tonight was the final straw. We tried to order things we regularly get there and was told we couldnāt. When I explained that weāve done it in the past, I was told our server was the manager and the other servers shouldāve never done that for us. He agreed to do what we were asking but told us we would be charged an up charge even though the items were the same price.
Then we ordered 2 meals & an enchilada. One of my meals didnāt come out and we had to reorder it. Then when it came out, it was supposed to be brisket & it definitely did not taste like it was. So we ended up with some mystery meat that was supposed to be brisket, the carnitas were extremely fatty & the fajita chicken on my enchilada was completely dry.
When I told the manager about the issues we had & how disappointed we were with the food, He nonchalantly said sorry and then turned around and charged almost $50 after the upcharge. I couldnāt believe that this is how the manager handles these types of issues.

Any who after that he didnāt seem to really be around for us which Iād understand if it was a busy restaurant but it was not. I called to speak to a manager, but managers not on duty today. So Iām leaving my review. Be careful what you eat because you might get Montezumaās revenge. I have never gotten so sick like I did last Tuesday and today. My work colleague had to go home today last week she barely made it through the day. We normally went every single entire Tuesday for taco Tuesday for lunch. As time is going on, the service has gotten worse. Weāre not allocated to take an hour and 15 minute lunch. There were only two tables and we were one of them. Iāll be calling back tomorrow to deal with the manager if heās even there. But be very careful what you eat at this restaurant because you might end up being extremely sick with no recourse. it used to be a fantastic place a year ago, and for the past 48 weeks that Iāve gone with the service has gotten worse and obviously the food is not up to par being sick two weeks in a row. The only thing safe to eat right now is just the chips and salsa. And youāre lucky if you get a refill...
