This is more so for customer service more than anything. Want to give a hearty shout out to Roberto and Luis. Luis was the GM for this location. I tried to go to Pizza hut in my neighborhood in Plano one or two days prior and had no luck with trying to order online from home with the weather. I had no luck as well with finding a location that was open after I got off from work. this day seem like it was going to be the same thing. I was fortunate enough to find this location. I could not find out if they were going to close early using the app or website or calling the store. I guess they were just that busy. I set my pickup for 7:00 p.m., but did not realize that I had to get gas before arriving at the location. That put me about 10 minutes behind schedule. I received a phone call from Roberto indicating that they would close at 7:00 and my order was to be ready and picked up at 7:00. I informed him that I had run behind schedule, he said he would check with his boss to see if it was okay for me to pick it up after they closed. To my surprise, they allow me to pick up the pizza after they closed. They gave me until 7:15 while they were cleaning up. I arrived at 7:10 p.m. to pick up my hot and ready pizza. My family was so excited and grateful because they have been craving Pizza hut pizza pizza for a few days. I could not let this opportunity pass for me to share the extraordinary customer care of...

Wish there was a way to leave zero stars. I guess it was time for me to have the negative experience. I've ordered carry out over the years from this location without issues; however I've witnessed how others encountered unpleasant transactions. On May 9, 2024, I placed an order over the phone, the one who took the order sounded older Hispanic male. I was told 15 mins. I arrived at the location approximately 20 min later and who I assume took the order was the one at the register, older Hispanic male looking like a character, wearing sunglasses inside, thick large chain and multiple big rings on his fingers. He proceeds to tell me that I never called/placed order. I showed him the call history on my phone. I asked him to check his call history and said he couldn't do that. He looked up my account and said no order was placed. He didn't apologize or anything. I will NOT be returning here, after 15+ years of being a customer. I'm one of those who never forgets how I was treated. I gladly gave my business to a small business...

I called the Campbell store and talk to Raymond who said he was the manager and told me that it was my fault that there was nothing he could do even though I told him I was allergic to onions to which I am and that I have a cast on my leg and could not get out and drive to return it to have it remade, so Raymond basically told me I was SOL, that there was nothing that he was going to do nor willing to do and that I needed to be more careful the next time. I work in the restaurant industry and if I treated one of my customers in this manner-I wouldn’t have a job. Raymond didn’t even try to have good customer service nor act like a decent human being. From now on I will order from Pizza Inn & will now start discouraging my friends from ever ordering from Pizza Hut..

I am all the way disgusted and upset about the whole experience. The delivery driver got to me later then the estimated time by at least fifteen minutes. Then proceeded to tell me that he knocked on the door for over a minute, which is why he had my food sitting on the floor at the door of my hotel room and cold. Not true at all because I was sitting on my bed complaining to my friend on the phone that my food hasn't arrived yet. Then he brings me a Dr Pepper 2-liter instead of Pepsi. He then becomes irate and tells me to call in and walks off without me signing the receipt. So I immediately call in and was told that I only have two options, get reimbursed for the drink only or wait for another driver to bring it an hour or so later because they are busy. I need and deserve a full refund for this inconvenience I had to suffer when the establishment is only a five minute drive up the street from me. There's no way my pizza should have been cold upon arrival. I want my money back.

So, what you're saying is you think I'm cheap because i want my change? No dude, times are tough and even if it's 25 cents that goes towards my car wash fund! Don't ever ask me again if I want my change! That's as bad as askingnif I want a receipt! I want that too! If I dont get a receipt how do I know if I was charged the right amount, or if you're returning a piece of the order and putting into your pocket? I run a small Business and i would fire an employee who asked my customers if they want the change! On my receipt the ticket #0017 entered by y_and #027265 I expect someone to look into this behavior. It is unacceptable.

In my eyes, you have employees embezeling money, and making customers feel uncomfortable. When i asked what kind of question is that i was answered with "oh, most customers don't want their change."
