This is more so for customer service more than anything. Want to give a hearty shout out to Roberto and Luis. Luis was the GM for this location. I tried to go to Pizza hut in my neighborhood in Plano one or two days prior and had no luck with trying to order online from home with the weather. I had no luck as well with finding a location that was open after I got off from work. this day seem like it was going to be the same thing. I was fortunate enough to find this location. I could not find out if they were going to close early using the app or website or calling the store. I guess they were just that busy. I set my pickup for 7:00 p.m., but did not realize that I had to get gas before arriving at the location. That put me about 10 minutes behind schedule. I received a phone call from Roberto indicating that they would close at 7:00 and my order was to be ready and picked up at 7:00. I informed him that I had run behind schedule, he said he would check with his boss to see if it was okay for me to pick it up after they closed. To my surprise, they allow me to pick up the pizza after they closed. They gave me until 7:15 while they were cleaning up. I arrived at 7:10 p.m. to pick up my hot and ready pizza. I've ordered carry out over the years from this location without issues; however I've witnessed how others encountered unpleasant transactions. On May 9, 2024, I placed an order over the phone, the one who took the order sounded older Hispanic male. I was told 15 mins. I arrived at the location approximately 20 min later and who I assume took the order was the one at the register, older Hispanic male looking like a character, wearing sunglasses inside, thick large chain and multiple big rings on his fingers. He proceeds to tell me that I never called/placed order. I showed him the call history on my phone. I asked him to check his call history and said he couldn't do that. He looked up my account and said no order was placed. He didn't apologize or anything. I will NOT be returning here, after 15+ years of being a customer. I called to have a pizza delivered that I ordered through the Pizza Hut app. I put no onions add banana peppers the pizza I got no banana peppers covered and onions. I called the Campbell store and talk to Raymond who said he was the manager and told me that it was my fault that there was nothing he could do even though I told him I was allergic to onions to which I am and that I have a cast on my leg and could not get out and drive to return it to have it remade, so Raymond basically told me I was SOL, that there was nothing that he was going to do nor willing to do and that I needed to be more careful the next time. I work in the restaurant industry and if I treated one of my customers in this manner-I wouldn’t have a job. Raymond didn’t even try to have good customer service nor act like a decent human being.
