Starbucks — Restaurant in Richardson

This location is great! My husband and I have been going here for the past year or so since it’s so close to us. (More my hubby than me, but if he isn’t on his way to work then he’ll grab me something too as well. ☺️) This location has always been very warm and welcoming whenever we come to pick up our orders. I think anyone with a negative review on here has either never worked in the service industry before, or are just plain miserable, because neither one of us had had a bad experience here ever. My husband and I went out last weekend with some friends of ours & stopped by a starbucks on our way to Scream's haunted house's. My husband and I both had a carmel frapp, his with an extra shot. I have to say it was absolutely delicious. Scream's on the other hand, was a complete disappointment. My husband won 4 tickets off a radio station and unfortunantly the tickets went to waste. We arrived a little after 10:00pm, as we were all excited about our evening out. When we approched the entry way, that no one was in line, we was told there would be a 4 hour wait or a 2 hour wait by purchasing a fast-pass. What is wrong with this Starbucks? Is it the management? But everyone there has a bad attitude and it’s the slowest Starbucks in the world! Sadly, I usually drive to a different location even though this one is close. But today I had plenty of time so decided to run in. I went to the counter and waited and waited and waited for someone to take my order. But it took the 3 employee to take care of the 1 car in the drive through. When the girl finally did come over she was rude and hateful. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times, always thinking maybe it has improved. But every single time it’s taken 10 to 15 minutes.
