McDonald's — Restaurant in Richfield

I walked in and not one person said hello, all teens working and 1 elderly lady. I used the restroom to wash my hands and between the men's and women's, I chose the men's as it was the cleanest of the 2, although the men's room was still dirty (btw I am a woman). After using the restroom and washing my hands I ordered from the self order screen and it too was dirty. I was stepping on food and was afraid to even order. I went to have a seat while my cone and water bottle was "being prepared" for 10 minutes, and realized I couldn't sit on half of the seats at they too were dirty. When I finally found a half decent seat I saw the tables were dirty as were the windows and counters. Let me remind everyone that the restaurant had 3 customers inside which included myself and 2 in the drive thru, in which 1 in the drive thru had received their meals and the other 2 in the building were leaving as they received their food. Being a server for most my life in restaurants that require upkeep and stay busy at all times of day, I would have figured that without this location being busy, they would have time to begin cleaning up. I honestly usually do not have time to write reviews and I have bad service but something needs to be done about this McDonald's and it needs to be avoided at all costs if possible... I work right up the street so I visit this McDonald's way more often then I would like and I can't say I ever have a pleasant experience every single time something is wrong whether it is food being wrong food is missing or I'm in the Drive-Thru for my entire lunch break with the usual please pull forward will bring it out to you almost every time... Just left didn't have sauce for my nuggets And had water instead of Dr. Pepper. Park... Go in... Give me the Dr. Pepper. Watch them put sauce in my bag. Dumb me assuming they didn't screw it up again. Wrong sauce... I guess the only thing I can say is good about this McDonald's is the amount of free meals I've gotten by going in and complaining because they know that I've been there before and most of the times I do go back in there someone else in...

My office is right around the corner from this McDonald’s and you are either going to wait forever in the drive-thru line, or they will completely forget about asking you to pull forward and never bring your food. Then you go inside and it’s very clean and nice, but that all goes out the window when you hear yelling from employees and them talking about a sexual experience they had the night before. It just seems like this place should be shut down and the staff ( including the lame manager) should be fired. I have never had such a bad experience at a McDonald’s before, and I have given this location 4 different chances and each time they did something else to make me wonder why this place is still open. So from now on until this location gets a new staff that actually cares I and my entire office building which is only 3 mins away will no longer eat here we will drive the 15 mins to Fairlawn.
