Musketeers Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Richfield

Service and food have really gone down hill. I think our waitress may have come out of the kitchen from washing dishes to throw our food on the table. She had no people skills. The home made potato chips were so noticeable burnt there is no way they should have ever left the kitchen. After tasting one it took five minutes to get the waitress’ Attention, her response was “they’re supposed to be burnt, Do you want some chip dip to make them taste better “. It didn’t help a bit. She never came back nore asked if things were alright. We both left over half our food uneaten. Most places would offer to adjust your bill. Her only comment was do you want any change back. Which was basically her asking for a 85% tip. This may sound petty or that I was looking for a free meal. Not the case, in this day and age there are plenty of places to get a great meal and competent service. I will not give this place any more business. I eat out about four times a week and usually tip 25% or more. This is the first time I’ve ever complained...

Ordered 3 "Burger and pint daily specials". Asked what beer comes with the special, waitress lists 3 options, we order 3 bud lights (one of the options). Waitress brings back three bottles of bud lights, then asks if we want any toppings on the burger which will cost extra because the special only comes plain (clearly acknowledging we ordered the special). Later the bill comes, we are charged for 3 bottles of beer because the special only comes with PINTS, not beer. Manager wouldn't take the charges off because we drank the bottles... Also, never got nor were offered the PINTS that we apparently paid for as we paid our bill. 2 stars because the appetizers were tasty, but the PLAIN burgers as part of the DAILY SPECIAL were just ok. Truly, the fact that the manager chose to not swallow the $10.50 from an honest mistake of the waitress and made us pay that, I can't give this place anything higher than a 2 and can't come back to spend more money here. I would recommend investing in returning customers vs. saving the...

The food was pretty good classic bar food. Service was excellent. We came on a Saturday night and maybe that was our problem. All around us was screaming girls, honest screaming.... flipping their hair, the one mirror by our table was the young girls primp station. Out side a very tuff bar tender girl was body slamming another girl..got her down on the ground both rolling around.... girls laying on the pool table. Men who should know better grabbing young girls...some of the girls may have been to young to even be in this bar to start off with. It was a nightmare.. It was like the Twilight Zone..or worse,more like high school all over again.Thank God.... We did not have to pay for the entertainment...It was awful..I feel sorry for the employees who have to put up with this!!!..Basically, I have often wondered what happens to all the people who are tossed out of all the good bars in this area...well this is where they must all end up!
