The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I didn't get an item which I paid for . Common mistake just didn't put it in the bag . I probably wouldn't have noticed until I drove off but for so e reason I had a feeling since the bag was rather small. So I looked in it before I pulled away in front of the worker and told him Waite I'm missing my taco. He said no its in there . I told him we'll where because it's not are you sure maybe it didn't get put in the car behind me bag . The guy tells me well I 0ut it in their myself and I told him I'm sorry sir but unless I'm blind maybe you can show me then he told me to drive around d the front and he would bring it out . So start to go and hear him say liar to me ... excuse me I decide I'll keep going and be polite and park in front. After 25 min of him and his Co workers laughing smirking and pointing at me I decide a dam taco really isn't worth it . I just needed a soft taco I paid for for my elderly dad . That's all he wanted. I knocked on door they were locked and they all looked at me and acted as if I was a thief . It's so sad to think some people may do things like that and lie but I'm very offended they mis judged me . I'm never going there again. Read moreI sat in the drive through for 20 minutes the person in front of me just sat there until my passenger called them to ask why everyone but the person in front of us was gone. The woman who answered ask what the person in front of us who was at the correct place to order was doing and in irritation he said 'they could be dead for all I know' to which he was hung up on. An employee immediately came over the microphone and took the other person's order, then they took our order. When we arrived at the window 16 minutes after the phone call he was irritated and ask for a manager, when the manager came to speak with us he started with the phone call after waiting 20+ minutes in a line you can't get out of and being hung up on. As it happens the manager had answered the phone and we immediately had an angry manager yelling at us for his comment of 'they could be dead for all I know' we were then refused service and told to leave after spending a half hour in a line you can't leave all because someone wasn't doing their job. Read moreI was having lunch Taco Bell/KFC today around 12:30 pm and one of the employees was yelling at another employee about there name tag. I don't care where they wear their name tag as long as they have one on. The one yelling was the young man at the register DYL and he was yelling at the employee getting the orders ready and handing them out. This is unacceptable since it there was a line of customers. The employee trying to prep the orders told DYL to go help the customers, but he continued to yell at him regarding his name tag. There was a young lady come from the back and told the prep employee to put his name tag on his shirt. Isn't getting the food out to the customers more important than where an employee is wearing their name tag.
