Our kids and grandkids love Wingers and stop by to either eat in, call in, or go through the drive-in for their meals. The younger kids love the stuffed Mac n cheese, the older girls like the pasta meals, and if course, the guys are all about the wings. We've never eaten here before, so this was a new dine-in experience for us. We came just before the dinner rush in the afternoon so it wasn't too busy yet. There were a lot of servers. Ours was training a new young man, so I'm thinking there were a lot of trainees tonight. We were seated within a few minutes, introductions were made, and a basket of popcorn and our drinks were delivered. While waiting for our food, we had a chance to look around the building. Near the front door, there was a glass case with old glass beer bottles and a display of their specialty sauces for guests to buy. On the walls, there were pictures of the different types of beer they serve. There were a few large TV screens on the walls without any sound coming from them. There was a boxing match playing. I got the impression this restaurant was patterned after a bar, with a similar atmosphere. But, they aren't a pub, and they only served their specialty beers with the meals. The food was good and the amount was sufficient for us. and the trainee checked on us frequently to ask if we needed more napkins or drinks and was ready to take our plates when we finished eating. We ordered a sticky finger meal with teriyaki sauce and a wings meal with their specialty BBQ rub. We shared the chicken between us so we could sample both meats. There were 4 sticky fingers, which amounted to about 1/2 to 3/4 of a chicken breast and 6 wings. We each had a small container with coleslaw, a decent amount of fries, a celery stick, and a few carrot rounds. I can't say much about the atmosphere because there really wasn't one, unless the dark walls and beer pictures counted. There was a lot of chatter from the servers and the several groups of guests that came after we did. All in all, it was in an okay place to eat. I gave the food 4 stars because I didn't love the food choices we made. Next time, I'll try their pasta or sandwich options. I gave the service 4 stars because our main server looked really bored, and we had to wait quite a long time to pay for our food after our plates were cleared off the table. The trainee said he wasn't allowed to take money yet, so we had to wait for the server. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because despite the windows, it felt dark inside. With the boxing match going on, it felt a bit gloomy. But, I'm not into boxing, so this is just my personal opinion. Other guests seemed to be having a great time visiting and eating. I plan on stopping in to try their other menu options. I will update my review after I've given them another try or three.

Although the fries looked amazing and were crunchy AND soft, yesterday's were made from the worst tasting potatoes ever! I am not one to throw away fries or potatoes, but this was bad. Really, really bad. I told the server, "I'm 44 years old and I've eaten a lot of potatoes, and these are really, really bad." Truth be told, I probably have potato DNA from the amount of them that I have eaten. The aftertaste was like the smell of the excrement section of a horse barn! In colorful emoji terms, it was like 🐎💩! The server gave me a plate of replacement fries, and it was not better. He did replace the fries with onion rings which tasted like an awesome blossom™. This was my first experience at Wingers and we tried the fried cauliflower. I didn't know what to expect. The first batch's batter was so good, but my friend stated that the cauliflower was way too tough. He requested they cook the cauliflower longer. The second batch was not so good. The batter was mushy and tasted not completely cooked and the cauliflower was still pretty tough. My friend ordered a chicken salad, and he only enjoyed the bits of chicken. The fried chicken sandwich was delicious. Crispy and juicy, with a really good taste Something from this location got us sick and I didn't make it out of the restaurant without using the restroom. Explosive diarrhea! My friend made it to Home Depot nearby where he had to run to the restroom. A half day later, my stomach still hurts. 😓 **Update** 11-04-2020 I was sick for 3 days after eating at this location. I got a response from wingers that "more than likely, it did not come from our location." Their reasoning is that no one else filed a complaint... The only thing I ate that day was wingers. I had no issues prior. My friend didn't either. Instead of contacting the manager, I should contact the state health department.

Kids' meal is $8, including 2 chicken strips and 3 apple slices. This is ridiculous. Large wings $13, I ordered with 2 dipping sauces but only received one. Blackened chicken alfredo comes with cheese "toast" $15- was a large portion, but the toast was not toasted. It tasted and looked mircowaved. There were several groups of people waiting outside. There were 2 servers and 1 host. I waited at least 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then, I was told to order at the counter. I waited another 5 minutes to order. This place was packed, so I understand how stressful it can be. That doesn't excuse poor service. I was staying next door at Fairfield Inn. I was told I receive a discount with my room key. However, when I asked, I was told, "Not on to go orders." Again, this is just poor customer service. Please do yourself a favor and choose one of the other food choices in town.

It’s not every day that a restaurant disappoints on every level. Let’s start by waiting over 10 minutes to just be acknowledged at the hostess station. I counted 6 different employees walk past and look at us, including what I later found out was the hostess, without a greeting of any sort. We did however get to witness the argument break out between kitchen staff. Dishes banging, words exchanged, and ultimately one cook who barged passed us and stormed outside. I guess that was a blessing in disguise because it finally got the attention of the hostess who took our name and told us it would be a few minutes for him to clear a table. I watched him walk off to go chit chat with some other employees before he finally remembered we were waiting for a table. I should’ve just left at this point but my son was set on eating here. We’re finally seated and then….we wait….and wait. Luckily our waitress decided to check on one of her tables because she was never informed by the hostess that she had a new table to take care of. She took our order and I never seen her again. A new waitress ended up bringing our drinks. We were never given/offered popcorn so I had to flag the hostess down to ask for some. He instantly forgot my request but remembered 5 minutes later when he walked by my table. At this point we needed drink refills but since our waitress never checked in we sat there eating our popcorn with nothing to wash it down. After a long wait our food was finally brought out. I had to ask for drink refills and silverware. Had to wait another 10 minutes for both. Sat there looking at our food without a way to eat it. Lovely. Once utensils were finally brought out we discovered one plate was made incorrectly. Since I had no desire to wait for it to be corrected we just shared what food we had. The chicken was chewy and rubbery. We ate a total of 3 sticky fingers and left…..after we waited another 15 minutes for the bill. This was by far the WORST dining experience I have ever had. Not only was the service beyond horrible but the food sucked too. Not to mention it was dirty. There was an abundance of employees on the floor so it wasn’t due to being understaffed. Horrible horrible experience. I won’t...

Myself and my family were on a road trip back to Colorado we stopped here to grab food and keep going. Food was decent enough. But our waitress I believe her name was Marissa was absolutely rude. We had questions about the menu and recommendations she could not help us with it. But other tables she knew everything there was to know about the menu. Our food came out after almost 40-45 minutes. My wife ordered the soup and salad she brought the salad right away then her soup when the rest of the food came out was room temperature at best and was extremely gritty. Looking at my food I had ordered a burger and garlic fries the burger was decent but I didn't receive the garlic fries I ordered. Once the waitress had finally came back over I asked her if she could either take the garlic fries off or bring me some. She said why don't you eat those fries and see if they taste like garlic if they don't I'll have the kitchen make you garlic fries are two of them finally was able to get her back to the table and told her that no they don't taste like garlic fries so she scoffed and went to the kitchen brought the garlic fries out and said oh yeah I guess the one you have aren't garlic fries. Then she brought the check to us we looked it over all looked fine. We put our card on the check she was prompt to grab it and run it for us and brought it back. We're still eating at this point not even 2 mins after she had brought our check back to us after running our card she came back to our table and no excuse me or and just blurted can I have the check! My wife looked up at her and said um yeah you can have it we haven't filled it out yet is there an issue with our bill? Yet again she scoffed at her and said nevermind I'll just come back for the check. Usually I can deal with pretty rude service to an extent but this young lady took the cake for sure I get everyone had a bad day from time to time but goodness. We would probably give it another chance due to the food was pretty decent giving it a off chance we would have better service but probably...
