McDonald's — Restaurant in Richland Center

Ok, I'll start this off with my arrival.

Four cars ahead of me. Dirty parking lot. Building was getting remodeled, so I get it. You cant keep everything clean. But there had to be 10 orders worth of trash outside.

I ordered 2, 10 piece nuggets and a large doctor pepper. It was the 2 for 5$ mix and match and I had a hankering for nuggets. I asked for ranch and buffalo sauce, specifically 2 of each. Dont judge me. I like my sauces. I had to repeat my order at least 5 times. Before she read it back to me correct(no order screen)

I pull up to the 1st window as instructed and the lady practically gives me a hand massage(very unwanted) while giving me my change. I notice that change she gave me was weird and looked at my receipt. They charged me for 2, 6 piece nuggets. I rolled up to 2nd window only to have the MANAGER(I'm guessing her name was Karen), say that's what I ordered. I looked at her and said nope, I order a total of 20 nuggets.

They finally give me my order, only to realize they still put 12 nuggs in the bag. And gave me BBQ and honey mustard. And gave me a diet coke. I literally face palmed and motioned for the manager, who then rolled her eyes and corrected my order.

Other than that, I was ok. Nuggets were cooked good. The box and bag for the food was clean. So all in all, this McDonalds can cook nuggets and present just...

Went here awhile back with my friend and brother, my friend was treating. We were standing at the counter figuring out what we wanted, no one else in line it was getting pretty late. Cashier (who was also the manager) yelled at us she didn't have all **ing day (her words), and then came to our table begging us not to leave a review or they could get shut down. If it's that bad to where they can get shut down from one bad review, they SHOULD be shut down. Well anyways, guess we'll see. On another side, I used to work here but left when they refused to give me a pay card. Only worked here for a week because of that. Haven't really gone back since being yelled at by the cashier, nor have really any of us three. There's plenty of other places to eat in town. But I'll never...

We were just there tonight and I presented a coupon on my phone, and they scanned it didn't tell me if it work ( which it should have). Called the " manager" over she hit some buttons and that was it, he never told us out total. Just took my card and then handed us my drink and it was half full, had to ask him to fill it up. Then asked for a receipt, said he'd have to go to the back and get one. Never did. Gave us our food, asked about the coupon and he said it didn't take it off, then I looked in our bag and no chicken nuggets and he pretty much slammed the door and got the nuggets and handed us the bag and closed the window. Very upsetting. Needs more training. Also they need more...
